Pcod, like diabetes and hypertension, is not curable but controllable disease. Continue diligently with your medications and try to reduce the amount of carbohydrates in your diet. Take more of proteins like pulses, vegetables, fish. You can consult a dietitian for drawing a diet plan if you still feel confused.
