The so called painless vaccine also can cause some fever and pain. You should give about 0. 5 ml of a fever medicine like babygesic or fevago every 6 hours for 48 hours.

It's perfect, you have to go for Penta, one more time. Go for rotavirus vaccine and pneumococcal vaccine from private if not available at government hospital. Mmr 9 mt, typhoid conjugate vaccine at 10 mt, hepatitis A vaccine at one year of age.

No it is not side effect of tetanus injection

If symptoms are sneezing, Running nose, blocked nose

1.Take proper rest/ lot of fluids

2. and Take proper home made diet.

3. Do Steam inhalation carefully by steam inhaler twice a day for 2-3 days,

4. You can take Tablet Levocetrizine 5 mg one tablet after food once a day bedtime for 3 days.(if no drug allergy )

Tetanus is apt to occur in deeply cut wounds and abrasion will not be risky .But anyway it is safe to get a TT for any future risks
