Hello sir I am 30 male my ht is 5'10" and my wt. Is 83 kg sir from last 2 month I am suffering from gas and chest pain. Pain occurs sometime im left side right side sometime at upper side or downside last month I visited to a doctor he tells me I am suffering from GERD he gives me veloz-d and acogut 100 mg tablets by taking this taets my symptoms are getting less but pain occurred sometime less or some time heavy chest pain please suggest what can I do or suggest some tablets so that it cures.

Sir, I am ibs d patient. Dr. prescribe me to take acogut 100 (2 times before food, inapure 5 (1 tab after food, c pram s plus .25 mg (1 tab before dinner, enzarforte (sos. I take those medicines regularly since last 6 months. But sometime feel so bad. Sudden cramp and urgent rush to toilet make my life hell. Problem starts mainly after 4 pm. Someday I have to go toilet 3to4 times. And someday loose stool in the morning. No fever, weakness,no blood in stool. My weight is 67 kg. Height 5.7 inch.i avoid milk, roti,meat. please help. Is it curable?

If you have constipation then take meba sr 1 tab bd. Ac 2 teaspoon isabgol husk twice
take encelax 4 tsf at night daily
get colonoscopy done and get back to me. Avoid any f that causes constipation.
In case of loose motion then take ibset 1 tab a day fr 3 months regularly meba sr as above & colonoscopy as above. If you take sleeping pill then take attivan 1 mg or 2 at night and festal n after food take plenty of water.

Sir my age is 25. Height 5 feet 11 inch. Weight 82 kg. Unmarried. From 2 year I had light abdominal pain .but from 4 week I was having black stool. So my upper gi endoscopy shows fundus erosion and impression is fungal gastritis and biopsy is RUT (positive) and pain is increased on left side of abdomen and radiating to back and whole abdomen and stool occult blood test is positive. I took pantocid hp kit, gastroguard and sucramal syrup for 15 days and now I am taking pantocid dsr, acogut 100 mg and sucramal, domar syrup. little bit relief in colour but abdominal pain is increasing very much .please help what to do.

My wife rashmi jain age 49. Suffering throat infection. Sometime in inner side become ulcer. Sometime giving pain when drink and eat. Mostly felling reflex acid. She is very upset. No proper sleeping.in morning she wakes up at 4 am suddenly daily. Mostly she feels restless. Sour belching keeps on coming. Sometimes chest irritation. She is worried about throat. Nimbu pani not suit. She take telma beta 40/50 daily. What can I do? Suggest me.

yes, the cause needs to be found out. go for lft, usg abdomen, anti-gliadin antibodies. avoid maida, milk and processed foods. meanwhile take acogut 100 thrice daqily before meals for a week and revert back

Why do I burp all the time. I have even done my endoscopy it shows mild antral gastritis. I took pause antacids but nothing seems to work. I belch almost 40 times a day.

Probably you are having lax esophageal sphincter leading to gastro esophageal reflux disease. Take tablet metoclopramide 10 mg 2 to 3 times daily or tablet acotiamide 100 mg 3 times daily for 15 days.

I am 52 years, I do not have any life style disease. I am controlling my food. I was having belching for last several years and stomach pain occasionally. If I drink any pain killer or change the food timing. So I will drink pantocid then it subside. 1 year back I seen a pancreas Dr. explain in tv show to all who pass stool with grease at the end peeing must check do a checkup to avoid pancreatic cancer. At the time my stool is pasty and my weight reduced 1 to 2 kg, I meet the said pancreas Dr. he gave me some medicine and scan the pancreas and blood is ok he insist to go colonoscopy and said it is normal to pass some fat in stool. I did not do colonoscopy fearing side effect. While drinking medicine the stool become normal and weight increased to normal. But when the medicine is over the disease return back. After some days I got stomach pain due to change my food time while traveling. Again I meet gastroenterology dr, he cure my belching but fart started. But the pasty stool and stomach pain not cured. So I took ayurvedic medicine then the stomach pain cured but the pasty stool and frequent fart not cured. So I meet another gastro Dr. he gave medicine while drinking medicine the stool become normal and the fart reduced and weight increased to normal. But when the medicine is over the disease return back. So all the English Dr. suggest to do colonoscopy. This is the last and final medicine I took on 1st visit Dr. proscribed (1) rifagut tab 400 mg, (2) tab xexpro 40 mg, (3) cap darolac, On 2nd visit (1) tab acotiamide 100 mg and (2) cap nexpro l.and 3rd visit (1) neopride total. While drinking medicine the stool are normal sausage type and less fart and weight are normal. Once medicine over the stool become pasty and smelly or loud fart and weight lost. PLEASE INFORM ME CAN YOU CURE MY disease WITH OUT COLONOSCOPY. 3 days back I got loose motion passing 10 times watery then I took a single tablet LEEDOTT the loose motion stop and now the stool BECOME normal. But still having loud non smelly fart. If ok I will pay u.

your 2kg weight loss is not having any significance. It is possible that u may have just anxiety disorder and nothing else.If u don't want to go for Colonoscopy ,u can go for CT abdomen but for me it is also not required. just come out of your overconsciouness.
