If you have constipation then take meba sr 1 tab bd. Ac 2 teaspoon isabgol husk twice
take encelax 4 tsf at night daily
get colonoscopy done and get back to me. Avoid any f that causes constipation.
In case of loose motion then take ibset 1 tab a day fr 3 months regularly meba sr as above & colonoscopy as above. If you take sleeping pill then take attivan 1 mg or 2 at night and festal n after food take plenty of water.
