1.Wash your face twice daily with soap and warm water to remove excess oil or wash face with Acnestar soap
2.Don’t scrub your face.
3. Apply acnestar gel (1%clindamycin+15 nicotinamide) twice daily for 4 week

Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily.

you can buy the Clindamycin phosphate + niacinamide combination gel for your acne treatment. This combination gel is prescribed for inflamed reddish acne. But use it according to your doctor's instructions, as prolonged usgae might lead to resistance.
Also, try general preventive measures like washing the face with water / soap for 3-4 times a day, avoid pricking the acne, avoid direct sunlight contact, avoid substances causing irritation when applied to the skin.
