Stomach ulcers are usually caused by helicobacter pylori bacteria or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. These can break down the stomach's defense against the acid it produces to digest food. The stomach lining then becomes damaged causing an ulcer to form. Let's discuss your concern in detail so that we can provide you a good quality medication plan and best advice.

Hello lybrate-user
see both these medicines have their own role to play.
Acnesol is clindamycin gel which is an antibiotic for pus lesions and adaclene is a retinoid more useful for blackheads and whiteheads.
You can also use them in combination
acnesol in the morning and adaclene in the night
with a sunscreen in the morning.
Adaclene should always be applied in the night.

You have to wait and watch, if it becomes severe then talk to your doctor. You can also try homeopathy if the skin is sensitive and reacts to different types of skin creams.

Acnesol is for pimples.Such black spots and marks are very common after the continuous eruptions of acne. These scars can be faded or removed spontaneously with time but in few persons it can be matter of unease. Scars and marks can be removed by chemical peels and and microdermabrasion which can be done fortnightly and usually 6-8 sittings will clear the face.

Always protect skin from sun when treatment for acne is going on. No tubes can remove scars. Consult a dermatologist.
