Hello lybrate-user
see both these medicines have their own role to play.
Acnesol is clindamycin gel which is an antibiotic for pus lesions and adaclene is a retinoid more useful for blackheads and whiteheads.
You can also use them in combination
acnesol in the morning and adaclene in the night
with a sunscreen in the morning.
Adaclene should always be applied in the night.

Hi lybrate-user, your isotretinoin tablet will irritate and dry out your skin, so when you apply your acne gels, it will cause burning sensation. You need to use a good sunscreen during day as isotretinoin makes your skin sensitive to sun/heat. Apply a bland moisturizer at night for a week with no medical gels so that it heals first. For further queries, you may opt for a consult.
