ma'am first of heel spur is not a clinical symptom. It's a radiological finding. So please tell what problem you have because we doctors are taught to treat patients and not x rays

localized right sided pain only while eating or drinking is not heart related. I suggest you consult a physician for this.

Hello there. If redness pain and fever are there it means symptoms are increasing. Discharge from lesion is a bad sign. Without examining you it will be difficult to comment now. Its better you visit your doctor again.

I am 38 year old female with cervical spondylosis & multiple (posterior & paracentral) disc bulge. But no nerve root compression. I was prescribed dolokind+, alsody, pan20, nurokind G. But after taking nurokind g (0-1-0), I feel too dizzy even to stand. I lie down until dizziness goes away which takes a minimum if 4 hours. Should I continue or stop? Having researched, I found itbis majorly given for seizures which I do not have. Can you please tell why was I prescribed with it in the first place?

Dolo is safe to take for a week or so as long as you do not vtake more than the daily maximum dose. Also, be very sure you are recovering and that you are not getting worse as in that case, you would need to do at least some investigations.

Ideally for a tennis elbow we suggest patients to use tennis elbow splint along with anti-inflammatory.
A 6 week regime along with physiotherapy is the primary treatment.
If not resolved, local steroid shot at the tender site is the next option.

Was there any injury/ twist of the ankle.
Apply ice to the ankle and keep ankle elevated while lying down by keeping pillows underneath for medicine contact on private chat.
