Aciclovir to be taken only if symptomatic otherwise it is not to be taken and I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake and take physical rest when you are symptomatic and for preventing it I will suggest you to get your self vaccinated.

Go for gynae checkup, are you married, does your partner also hav it. Plz check. In d mean time apply acivir ointment 3to4 times a day plus you need oral medication forcomplete healing.
