Hi…1) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals,
2) eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals,
3) take 30 ml of juice of indian gooseberry along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach, 4) take 1 tsf of lavanbhaskar churna after meals, gives you good result, THANKS.

Minor alterations in diet and lifestyle can help u in dealing Gastric problem.
Eat smaller meals frequently than heavy meals.
Eat fresh food. Avoid carbonated drinks and spicy food. Drink plenty of liquids.

Take tablet Pan-D before breakfast on empty stomach for three months and always to take a gap of a week before starting it again only if necessary and Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet

Hi, 1 tablet will not affect or harm the baby but she should avoid taking any more as there is limited data on the safety of one of its components (Domperidone) in pregnancy.

1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U can eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc....more

1.Do not be stressed while feeding baby. Your stress reflects in baby.
2.Keep feeding place quite, clean and pleasant
3.Burp baby when you change breast and after feed.
4.See her mouth are white patches on mouth and tongue
5.Is baby has cold? Block nose?
6.Do not over feed. Small, frequent feed.
7.Put loose clothes
8.Keep away from sick and smokers
9.Mother should take – good nutritious diet no spicy / fried food. Less tea /coffee
