There are sideeffects of acyclovir. And it should be taken only by consulting to a doctor personally.

Acyclovir can cause diarrhoea. Start taking ors sachet 1sachet in 1litre of water. Take cap bifilac twice a day for 7 days. If situation worsens immediately consult a nearby physician.
