She needs 800" mg five times daily for 7 days. Some times pain lasts longer. If she's non diabetic non hypertensive she can take usual pain killers. If pain is severe she needs additional pain relief medicines. Better she consults a dermatologist.

Acyclovir800 four times a day after food for ten days at least.
Zerodol sp three times a day after food for five days.
Montex lc.
Acyclovir ointment on blister n scab.
It is a contagious disease be careful.
Use of neem leaf a bunch to control itch is best.
If want to bath use neem water in normal water. Be quick to bath. Not to rub, soak after bath.

These chickenpox marks go in different stages. Drying of vesicles, scab formation with black coloration, falling off of scabs, leaving behind whitish spots. Normally color returns to normal within 2-3 weeks. Simple lactcolamine liquid may be applied multiple times. If marks are on exposed parts like face etc giving bad look. Ocuvir skin cream can be applied twice a day. Sure to get normal.
