In pcod, to get pregnant, clomiphene citrate (tablet you r receiving) to be started from day 3 of menstrual cycle and egg growth to be monitored by follicular scan. This is the normal course of treatment initially for any woman with infertility with pcod. No it will not decrease milk but sometimes if baby gets used to artificial nipple may not like to go back to original. You must have many boiled nipple shields ready for avoiding infection.
