Please take rhus tox 200 - thrice daily for next 3-4 days.

Please do not worry a lot it is a common side effect of Ornidazole to have with artist usually will take another 3 to 4 days to go and as far as sleepiness is concerned you should engage in other activities and get an 8 hour rest daily stop all your medications besides the pain medication if everything with your tooth that was extracted is fine one thing that you should continue is warm saline gargling 3 to 4 times a day.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily.
Avoid bending in front.
Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.
Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

I have seen the details mentioned. As I understand you have hypothyroidism since 10 years and you are on 125 mcg. However, there is no mention of current t3, t4 & tsh levels. Because if hypothyroidism is under good control then all the symptoms related to that condition are in control.
