ct scan are used to solve indeterminate cases its advisable to remove appendix. Then to wait for a complication to occur if you are having symptoms.

Yes ,obviously it has side effects.
Acelofenac belogs to nsaids which is ised to relief oain and inflammation. The most common side effect is gastrointestinal discomfort due to acidity and gastric ulcers.
Frequesnt ulceration can have a bad prognosis.
This is why is is essential to con6a doctor before taking medication because a doctor shall always prescribe nsaid with a ppi to prevent any side effects.
Also nsaid is not meant to be given for long term.
