You should undergo pulmonary function test to obstructive or restrictive pulmonary disease. Also local examination of larynx & blood examination for routine blood counts, tsh & x-ray chest pa view is required to diagnose the cause of hoarseness.

2. Take bath with little warm water 3. Do steam inhalation regularly at least once a day
4. Warm salt water gargles daily 5 no cold water / cold drinks / ice creams and so on
6. No smoking/ avoid pollution 7. Wash hands after use of bath room and before and after eating food.

kindly check your tsh levels. A mild increase in tsh can cause prolactin to increase. So if thyroid is treated, prolactin will automatically come down. You need not treat it separately.
