At your age its less likely prostate will be the problem. Rule out other causes if you have any lower urinary tract symptoms. And now a days prazopress is hardly prescribed for prostate enlargement as other good alternatives are available. Visit your urologist. And you can take ivermectin for whatever reason prescribed as per your doctors advise.

Lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Thyroxine is taken early morning on emty stomach. Then nothing should be taken after that for at least 1 to 1 and half hour. Albendazole is to be taken at night, plus usually it is just one tablet or at times may be repeated after a fortnight. There is absolutely no problem in taking that if needed. Thanks.

Get stool test done before taking another dose of albendazole. These medicines kill the worms and they don't come wriggling out of the body unless they are large in number.

She has "thread worm" it's very chronic problem. 1. Keep her nails cut.
2. Apply soft soap with froth (lifebuoy soap) on her anal area and wash with plain water whenever she complains of intense itching.
3. Give her albendazole and ivermectin combination (bandy plus suspension). 10 ml at bed time and repeat after 15 days.
(this is one dose.)
this should continued every 6 months for 2 years. Ie. 4 times in 2 years.

Ivermectin has been assigned to pregnancy category c by the fda. Animal studies have revealed evidence of teratogenicity, but at doses that were also maternotoxic to the pregnant female. The manufacturer considers ivermectin contraindicated during pregnancy.
