You can go for Facial.
It is because, on one side you can get your good face toned-up by activating facial nerve on face and other side in the process of facial massage, there comes a process of removing blackheads.
So in that way your black heads can also be removed.
All the best. :)
Take care. :)

Yes. However treatment depends on the grade. Acne or pimples. Due to hormonal changes. Oily skin causes it. Common in adolescent age. May occur in adults also. Food like oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne. So, please send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Hi lybrate-user. I strongly advise you to immediately stop using that cream and consult a Dermatologist. The redness on your face is a side effect of using that fairness cream for so many months. Ideally it is prescribed for hyper pigmentary conditions of the skin and to be used for only 3 weeks. Since you have used for 9 months, you are experiencing redness of face. Later you will develop more serious complicaations like pigmentation, atrophy, increased hair growth on face etc. Therefor stop it...more

It is usually used to treat age spots and wrinkles. It is not a good idea for acne-affected skin, since the cream formulation can clog pores. However, if you have extremely dry skin and your physician permits, it can be less expensive than tretinoin topic.

Hello, Tretinoin are one of the best product for skin priming, All using tretinoin passes through a phase called tretinoin Purge where the skin becomes, red, peeling, increase in dryness acne etc and over time skin adapts usually takes 10 days to 3 wks. Once skin adapted it gives the best results among all products. Consult your dermatologist and continue the cream.
