Hi
what you have described seem to be symptoms related to the headache.
Symptoms of hemiplegic migraine can include: weakness on one side of your body, including your face, arm, and leg. Numbness or tingling in the affected side of your face or limb.
If you can provide more detail and answer some questions then better diagnosis can be done for the cause of these symptoms.
You can consider to consult for more info.
