In your case, due to continous working
on the laptop there is spasm in the neck muscles. To rule out whether it is cervical spondylosis Xray can be done
Cervical spondylosis is suspected when
*There is pain and stiffness of back of neck
*Neck pain radiating to arm or shoulder
*Tingling numbness in one hand
* Some patient experience giddiness too.
