Today I had taken my blood test (fasting). As per report my absolute basophil count is zero. Is this count is concerning? Where as wbc count is 5700.

It is normal your basophilic count should be zero ,if it is more than this ,then there is abnormality. Normal wbc count - 4,500- 11000.
