Hi Age 23. Body is not upto feminism. Lack of appetite. Lack of hunger. Need support.
hello sir, you have to change your eating habits like always eat breakfast. you have heard it before, but breakfast really is the most important meal of the day. Eat small frequent meals, eat healthy snacks( bananas, nuts, avocados, popcorn), choose your favourite food, eat less fiber . DO some light exercise , it really help to stimulate your appetite because your body is designed to crave more energy from food after burning calories, so will always feel hungrier after exercise

You want your skin to be beautiful and free of blemishes, but acne has another plan for you and your skin. Acne will hide your beautiful skin behind pimples that become red and inflamed. This skin condition can easily make you have confidence issues with your appearance when you’re around other people. Over the counter treatments for acne are made with acids and other substances that can cause more damage to your skin. Not only do home remedies help get rid of your acne, but they also help add nutrients that your skin needs to stay beautiful. The best part about natural treatments for acne is that you probably already have what you need in the kitchen to start getting rid of your zits. Check out these 2 home acne treatments that have been proven to help get rid of acne fast. These natural remedies will remove your acne and keep your skin free of scars. potato =Potatoes aren’t only good for making creamy mashed potatoes, the acids found in potatoes make them great for treating acne. Potatoes are especially good if you have really oily skin. By some they are considered a vegetable, but nutritionally potatoes are a starch. When you use a potato it will remove the acne from your skin and also lighten any scars that are left behind. Your pores will also tighten up and make it harder for dirt and oil to get inside. There are a couple different ways you can apply the potato to your skin as a treatment. The first way is to slice the potato into thick slices and massage it on the affected areas. Make sure you peel the potato first before you slice and apply it to your skin. Put a slice of potato over each area where you notice pimples on your skin, and let the potatoes sit in those areas for at least 15 minutes before removing. Wash off your skin with some antibacterial soap and dry. The next way is a little bit more effective. With this technique you’ll need to peel the potato and then grate it in the food processor. Once you have grated the potato apply it to all the areas on your skin where you notice acne breakouts. Make sure it covers every cyst, red mark, and scar, and let it stay there for about 30 minutes until it completely dries up. Wash off the potato with some antibacterial soap and dry yourself off. Apply this potato mask to your skin 2 times each day (once in the morning and one at night) and you’ll notice your skin begin to clear up within a week. Oatmeal is a good breakfast item to eat in the morning and get your day started. However, oatmeal also has some great skin benefits including moisturizing, pore cleansing, and more. Polysaccharides is an active ingredient in oats, and they help keep your skin from becoming dry, flaky, and dull. Oatmeal also contains some beneficial proteins that helps give you all you need to restore your beautiful skin. Put a pot of water on the stove and bring it up to a boil. Meanwhile, grind up the oats in a food processor and then pour it into the boiling water. Let the oats cook for five minutes stirring frequently, and then remove from the heat. Allow the oats to cool down and then massage the cooled oatmeal into the affected areas on your skin. Let the oatmeal to sit there for 15 minutes before rinsing off with some antibacterial soap. You can add a tablespoon of honey to the oatmeal to make an even more effective home treatment

Hi lybrate-user. By symptoms no one can tell whether is it HIV or not. It can be. If you are exposed. The only way to know it is by Blood tests. So you may consult to a pathologist. For the reports.

lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Diabetes if not well controlled or some times even with fairly well controlled glucose levels, can cause fungal infection leading to vaginitis. Only vaginal wash may not be beneficial. First and foremost is to achieve a strict blood glucose control with FBG < 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% <6.8. I am not aware how good glucose control you have as nothing is mentioned. Plus you may have to take an antifungal drug for some time. Plus looking at your weight and height I notice that with a BMI of 26.41 kgs /M2 you are overweight. That also adds to bad glucose control. In this communication we are supposed to provide only general guidelines, no prescriptions are allowed. So you will have to come in a private conversation for specific treatment advice. Thanks.

Treatment for obsessive compulsive disorder specially washing hand for fear of germs & dirts.

MD - Psychiatry
Psychiatrist, Chennai
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a common mental health problem. Symptoms typically include recurring thoughts and repetitive actions in response to the recurring thoughts. A common example is recurring thoughts about germs and dirt, with a need to wash your hands repeatedly to "clean off the germs" However, there are many other examples. The usual treatments are cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) antidepressant medicine, or both. Treatment often works well to reduce the symptoms and distress of OCD greatly. Consult a psychiatrist. All the best.
