I think you may require cleaning, kindly consult near by dentist soon, make sure you clean your tongue while brushing, brush twice a day, consume water frequently, include fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet, rinse your moth with water each and every time after you eat, don't hold your breathe unnecessarily, you might die.

Chewing a sugarless gum after your meal for around 20 minutes freshens your breath and also make the leftover food particles cling to it.

MDS - Orthodontics, BDS
Dentist,
Teeth becoming loose in this age should be viewed seriously. This may be pyorrhea. Kindly consult a periodontist who is the specialist in the gum problems. He may take an opg xray and see the amount of bone is lost and he may decide whether you need bone replacement to strengthen your teeth after gum treatment.

Sir, I often have dry mouth accompanied with bad breath. I had used colgate plax mouthwash but it seems to not work. Can you suggest me some home remedies to get rid of this?

MDS - Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
Dentist, Chennai
Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. Drink plenty of water. For dry mouth, consider chewing sugar-free gum or sucking on sugar-free candies to help stimulate salivary flow. There also are artificial saliva’s on the market that may help to induce salivation. Sialogogues (Pilocarpine 30 mg/day. Contraindications - include many lung conditions, such as asthma, cardiac problems, epilepsy and Parkinson's disease). Advance procedures can be done with laser. You may consult me in person. DENTAL TIPS: - Visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Hello, I got a some brown spot on my teeth, I didn't know how I got it as I didn't take tobacco or consume much chocolate I even tried to brush two times a day to remove but is still there what should I do?

MDS - Orthodontics, BDS
Dentist, Jamshedpur
Hello lybrate-user Discoloration (yellow/brown patches) on teeth can be due to a variety of reasons. Broadly they are categorized as Extrinsic & Intrinsic causes. Discolouration of teeth occurring after the eruption of teeth due to the use of tobacco products, pan, tea-coffee etc. Are called as “Extrinsic stains” and they can easily be removed by the dentist. However some stains which are present on the tooth since its eruption in the mouth and called as “Intrinsic stains” cannot be removed from the tooth surface. In our country it is commonly seen in localities with high fluoride content in water. However the way to get over the problem is to either go for Laminates or undergo Crowning of the tooth. Please consult your dentist for proper advice.
