Is he concerned to any doctor.
There is...
If the cavity at an initial stage, it is the best time to get it filled. The pain will start when the decay will reach near the nerve endings. Than you will have to go for root canal treatment. So better get it done.

Hi. If you are less than 30 years of age you can go for orthodontic treatment which includes braces. You can also think of Crown / Caps for the front two teeth. This is also an option.

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning or surgical removal procedures for the mucosa above the tooth or the tooth itself. Advise c. Amox 500mg 1-1-1, thrice daily, t. Metrogyl 400mg 1-1-1, thrice daily, t. Imol 1-1-1, thrice daily (contraindicated in conditions with gastric ulcer, asthma, wheezing, allergy), c. Becosules 1-0-0 once daily all for 3 days only. Rinse frequently with mouth wash. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

Gastritis, lung & sinus infection may also be the cause of bad smell in the mouth. 90% of bad breath is due to a dirty tongue. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash until then. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. I had wisdom toothache and swelling 1 week back. When consulted dentist she told me to go for wisdom tooth extraction as according to her it is decayed. I am afraid to go for the same as I have heard that it will affect health of my vision. Is wisdom tooth extraction safe to go for. Also with proper course of antibiotics and pain killers the pain and swelling has subsided. Kindly suggest what is best to go for.

If the wisdom tooth is decayed, it is best to get it extracted. Tooth extraction has not effect on vision. It is a very safe procedure. Even if the pain and swelling has subsided, there is a chance it will come back.

Imagine what it would be like if you suddenly lost one or two of your front teeth. Smiling, talking, eating?everything would suddenly be affected.

Mouthguards, also called mouth protectors, help cushion a blow to the face, minimizing the risk of broken teeth and injuries to your lips, tongue, face or jaw. They typically cover the upper teeth and are a great way to protect the soft tissues of your tongue, lips and cheek lining. Knowing how to prevent injuries like these is especially important if you participate in organized sports or other recreational activities.

When it comes to protecting your mouth, a mouthguard is an essential piece of athletic gear that should be part of your standard equipment from an early age. In fact, studies show that athletes are 60 times more likely to suffer harm to the teeth if they?re not wearing a mouthguard. While collision and contact sports, such as boxing, are higher-risk sports for the mouth, you can experience a dental injury in non-contact activities too, such as gymnastics and skating.

Hello, Follow advises given below 1.Gently rub a small ice cube over the spot or rinse your mouth with ice-cold water 2.You can also chew on a clove bud (lavang) and direct the juice generated to the area where the ulcer is located 3.To prevent infection, rinse your mouth 4.Honey helps retain moisture and prevent dehydration. It also helps reduce scarring and hastens the process of new tissue growth Dab a little honey onto the mouth ulcer or mix in a little turmeric to make a paste that can be applied on the affected area. 5. Tulsi: Chew a few leaves of tulsi along with some water about three to four times every day. This will help in getting rid of ulcers faster 6.Dry coconut, coconut oil and coconut water are three products of the coconut tree that are very useful in treating mouth ulcers. Drinking tender coconut water helps to cool the body. Applying a little coconut oil directly onto the mouth ulcer or chewing some coconut (fresh or dry) helps reduce pain 7. you could apply a little ghee directly to the ulcerated area, or drink a glass of buttermilk two or three times every day. Consult Physician for further management as you are having this problem for long

You might have to get braces done. To get proper allignment of teeth. And till the time clinical situation is not judged. One cannot progress with treatment.
