Flucos powder is an anti fungal. It should not be used unless otherwise indicated. You may use any baby lotion for your kid such as himalaya, dove, sebamed. These are not that oily.

Being over weight is a very common health problem. Although most people confuse weight with appearance, it is important to clear certain points. The way a person looks has nothing to do with weight; it all rests upon self confidence and self respect. However, weight can have major impact on the health of individuals.

A number of serious issues like diabetes, high blood pressure, gynaecological disorders tend to develop, which make lives nothing, but difficult. Given that we have a single life, why not enjoy the world without facing health issues.

Here are some tips that could help individuals lose weight fast.

  1. Eating food items that would speed up the fat burning process can be a great beginning. Beans, walnuts, apples, spices, oats, ginger, green tea are certain food products, which help in increasing metabolism, thereby, helping in breaking down the food into energy faster, without much sugar storage (which could change into fats eventually).
  2. Weight loss without exercise would be a slow process and might at times even be ineffective. Running, cycling, boot camping, zumba and body combats are certain ways that help lose weight faster. Also cardio is an important part of exercise that enormously helps in weight loss. Jogging, swimming, circuit training, cross-trainer etc. are certain examples of cardio exercises.
  3. Another great method for losing weight sooner is weight training. This not only helps in losing weight efficiently, but also helps in staying fit over the years. With proper weight training, the muscles can be made stronger, thereby improving metabolism because muscles help burn calories very efficiently.
  4. One major mistake people make in the spur of losing weight is cutting off meals. That is the worst one could do as not only does it not help in weight loss, but also at times causes just the reverse. It is important to have small yet frequent meals throughout the day.
  5. A proper sleep cycle is absolutely necessary for losing weight. Improper sleep would make us tired and prevent us from working efficiently and also indirectly cause our body to crave for sugar.
  6. Eating a proper, healthy and full breakfast that would include high fibre and protein would make individuals have a lot of energy throughout the day and also help avoid unnecessary munching.
  7. Walking everyday is a great way to lose weight. Walking for 30 minutes every day prevents gaining weight, however, walking 45 minutes promotes weight loss.
  8. Eating fruits vegetables and avoiding simple carbs is another advice for losing weight faster.

Hello, try to do some workout daily for atleast 40 min. In general, few tips for weight loss include: Have small and frequent meals instead of 3 main meals in a day. Avoid sweets and sugar based foods, fried foods and heavy dinners. Include 2 - 3 servings of fruits and vegetables. Go for atleast 30 - 40 min of brisk walks / jogging every day. Have a light and early diner (by 8 Pm) and no salt intake after 8-8: 30 pm. Have a diet rich in protein and fiber.

Avoid using steroidal based creams as it thins out your skin making it more vulnerable to uv radiations. Use a sunblock with spf 70 20 min prior to stepping out in sun. Eat more vitamin c.apply aloe vera for cooling effect. No medication will be effective now. Proper care of your skin will help you. Rub tomatoes on face. Mix honey with papaya pulp. Apply on face, wash after 30 min. Wash your face with gramflour mixed with curd. Avoid face washes and do not scrub your face till sunburn is there.

Obesity happens due to excessive eating of junk food, outside food, party food, fried food and sweets. You need to reduce all this to once a week only. Try to eat simple home prepared food. Take three fruits per day. Take buttermilk and a bowl of salad with every meal. Do daily one hour exercise. Be patient. Aim to reduce 2-3 kgs in a month. So in one year you can get down to your ideal weight.

Avoid medicines, focus on getting a good diet for weight gain. To gain weight you can follow these steps. 1. Take two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc. 3. If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 4. For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 5. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 6. No need to take artificial supplements. Natural diet is best. 7. Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily.
