In about 10–15 percent of women treated, emergency contraceptive pill changes the amount, duration, and timing of the next menstrual period. This effect is usually minor, and menstruation occurs a few days earlier or later than expected, so missed period is possible. But if you are anxious then do a home urine pregnancy test and get relieved of unnecessary anxiety.

This is quite a common condition rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind)1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days do back(spine) exercises contact me again if need be. There are very useful tips to cure the hard stool problem- 1. Eat high fiber foods such as whole grain, oats and fruits such as sweet potatoes, pears, apple, plums, beans, broccoli or spinach help and make easy to passage of stool 2. Soak a few dates in milk, squash it to make a paste and take it with milk for a week to relieve constipation. 3. Triphala churna (a mixture of amla, haritaki, and vibhitaki) taken with honey twice a day is a great remedy for constipation. If you are diabetic so take this with warm water. 4. Taking a teaspoon of ghee mixed in a glass of hot milk before going to bed. 5. Boil a few figs (fresh and ripe or dried) in a glass of milk, and drink this mixture at night before going to bed. Figs have high fiber content and provide quick relief from constipation. 6. Drinking half a cup of cabbage juice twice daily may help relieve constipation. 7. Drink half a glass of spinach juice mixed with half a glass of water twice daily for two to three days, and find relief even from severe constipation. 8. Drink at least 3 liters of water every day to keep your body hydrated and improve bowel movement. 9. Cut down on alcohol, tea, and coffee since they can worsen constipation. 10. Regular physical exercise is a must for proper bowel movement. Pranayama and yoga are also beneficial. Yoga such as pavan muktasana, balasana, ardha matsyendrasana, and suptavajrasana are among the many yoga asanas that help relieve constipation.

Hi doctor.I am suffering from pimples from the last 1 year.I had cholestrol.But now cholestrol is normal.Stil pimples are coming.If i do laser treatment.Can the marks be erased?please help me

Pimples have nothing to do with cholesterol, lot many causatve factors are there .Laser is last mode of treatment , try using Berberis Aquifolium cream (Homeo) and maintain diet regimen refraing spicy,sour,fried etc. Drink plenty of water , juices.

Get straight hair naturally by following these remedies - 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin c like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

Hello. First, get your eyes tested from an Opthalmologist to know the exact diagnosis of your condition which seems to be an Eye-Floater. Eye floaters are small moving spots that appear in your field of vision. They may be especially noticeable when you look at something bright, such as white paper or a blue sky. Eye floaters can be annoying, but they generally don't interfere with your sight. But sometimes eye floaters are a sign of a more serious condition. Immediate visit to an opthalmologist is especially important if the floaters are accompanied by flashes of light or a loss of side vision. Causes of floaters: Most eye floaters are caused by small flecks of a protein called collagen. The back compartment of the eye is filled with a gel-like substance called vitreous humor. As you age, the vitreous and its millions of fine collagen fibers shrink and become shred-like. Shreds can accumulate in the vitreous. The clear vitreous gel which completely fills the back of the eye earlier in life decreases in size and no longer can fill this space…. It pulls away from the retina and it is often the areas of previous attachment to the retina which are seen as floaters as they now float freely in the vitreous gel. Rarely, eye floaters can result from other eye surgery or: Eye disease Eye injury Diabetic retinopathy Crystal-like deposits that form in the vitreous Eye tumors such as lymphoma (rarely) If they are bothersome, you can move them away from your field of vision by moving your eyes. This maneuver shifts the fluid in your eyes. Looking up and down is usually more effective than looking from side to side.

I am 25 years female and my weight is 55 kg. I am doing regular aerobics but my upper abdomen (30), naval point is also above 30 and my low abdomen (35). I am doing exercise for last 4 month but I didn't reduce that much. I avoided all junk food and I eat lots of fruits like banana, apple etc and I don't have any medical problems like thyroid n all. There's ringing in my ear every time I catch cold, slowly I am becoming deaf, ringing in ears goes after cold goes but listening ability is further reduced. Is there any permanent cure for this? Will I be able to get back to normal hearing? PS: I had sinuses when I was Kid.

Recurrent cold associated with ringing and hearing loss suggests that there is fluid collection behind eardrum or there is damage to eardrum or tiny delicate bony chain behind it please visit an ent surgeon get full assessment with audiogram and impedance test to judge extent and severity of damage to find how much can be recovered.

  1. Engage in conversation: Communicating with your partner is often a great way to get things started. Talking dirty not only increases intimacy between the couple, but also makes it more fun for both, thus reducing stress level, it often reduces the performance anxiety disorder, especially in men.
  2. Take it slow: Taking your time during foreplay, with prolonged periods of kissing and sexual stimulation, can exponentially increase levels of arousal for both sexes, and thus add to the chances of reaching orgasm in the ensuing act of intercourse.
