Sir, I need to reduce my fat levels to decrease my weight so please suggest me for the further.
Being a dietitian my views: there is no single diet chart for everyone. To plan a specific diet we do collect lot of information like height, weight, food frequency, digestive history, medical history, likes, dislike, lifestyle, eating habits. Remember one thing to follow a diet it should be personalized according to person's body type and not generalized. Starting with there is no pills or powder or shake which can help you to lose weight in a healthy way. To lose weight eat an hour within walking up and dinner at least 2 hours before you sleep. Avoiding eating anything after dinner. Breakfast should be your king size have good complex carbohydrates and protein rich. Eat every 2 hours small frequent meal do help in weight loss. And do not overeat. One can come to ideal body weight with few lifestyle modification. Have green tea only 2 cups a day. For exercise I would say diet plays 80 % role and exercise plays 20 % role in losing weight. Personal advise on gym. You should not make your body habituated with machines rather do simple walk or surya namaskar or planks. So only with healthy eating one can lose weight.

Cut down soda & junk food to a huge minimal. -drink 1/2 to 1 gallon of water daily. Drink 2 glasses of water before a meal to curb your appetite. -eat lots of fresh veggies & fruits -take the stairs when you can. -heavy deep breathing. -b 12 vitamins help promote weight loss I also took a fat burning supplement called simerex-ex with ephedra extract. A lot of people are against'diet pills, however this supplement helped me to lose weight, gain energy, & help with regular bowel movements. There is no miracle cure. Losing weight takes discipline & hard work. It doesn't have to be torture though!

Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. take high protein diet. ask me privately for detailed diet plan.

Take a ripe tomato, mash it and add a few drops of lemon juice to it. Apply it and watch your skin tone lighten gradually. Another great way to make oily skin fair is to apply a mixture of milk powder, papaya, honey and milk to your face.

To guide you a bit, here you go: A.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk.

The bad news: The premature graying problem is largely genetic. Hair follicles contain pigment cells that produce melanin, which gives your tresses their color. When your body stops generating melanin, hair presents itself as gray, white, or silver. Remedies: An effective remedy for premature greying hair is to use curry leaves (kadi patta). You should include them in your daily diet or you could boil them in coconut oil and apply it on your scalp once it cools off. Indian gooseberry which is also known as amla is effective for treating premature greying of hair. Cut the berry and dry it; once it’s dried mix it with coconut oil until the matter becomes powdery and then apply it on your hair. You can use ashwagandha (Indian ginseng) on your scalp to avoid premature greying of hair. Ashwagandha is known to increase the melanin content in your hair follicle.

Avoid totally oily foods .take a lots of water, take high fiber diet, apply gel clindamycin, add citrus fruits and vegetables. Apply aloe Vera at night. Wash your face with face wash four times a day.

I will suggest you to apply aloevera gel twice a day for six months over the lesion and follow up on completion.
