see first thing go for Hemogram and serum Ferritin . If its in range then take Keraglow eva one tablet daily. Menses should be regular to have good hair.

I am feeling pain while going stool side. It seems the symptoms of constipation. Sometimes blood is also coming. Please suggest way ahead to get rid of this problem.

Mr. Lybrate-user, your down with a fissure in ano, caused by constipation, passing hard stools. I would advise you to increase the amount of green leafy vegetables, fruits like bananas, plenty of liquids esp in summer. You can take laxatives like liq cremaffin 10ml at nite, apply lignocaine oint locally 3 times aday, sit in a tub of warm water for 15min, 3 times in a day for a week. If you have too much of pain take tab dolo 650, if it does not improve consult a surgeon.

Few tips- Avoid any triggering factor, take folic acid regularly, eat a healthy diet , always be stress free , exercise regularly

Fallow this diets breakfast take oats or dalia salty one plate, 11am take sprouts one plate in lunch take proper meal like dal, 2chapati, vegetables, salad in evening take green tea with 5pics of badam in dinner take vegetables roti and salad, take proper water like 12glass of water every day add in daily diets sprouts, paneer, rajama, fruits.

Dear doc, Doc as we all know that at our navel a kind of pulse sounds when me touch there with a bit of pressure. Some people around me just say that it's associated with digestion system. If that's true doc please let me know anything how I can get my navel pulse back at the right place it's about 1/3 or 1 inch up towards my chest. I don't remember last time I heard that pulse at navel. And I don't remember when was I gaining weight continuously. Now sometime I gain weight and some other I lose it. I want to get healthy. Wanna have a fit body in a good shape. How can I do that? I smoke sometimes. But after eating anything I use not to smoke at least 2-3 hours. I was taking some ayurvedic medicines to gain weight since 1 month. Right now I have stopped taking it.

Hye, thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Weight gain is all about taking more calories than you burn. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps weight gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 main and mid meals a day. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, starchy vegetables, rice, bread, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, ghee, cream in your meals. Just eating sugary, sweet foods is not good. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite. Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.

due to neck ya shoulder strain if chest X-Ray is normal. avoid strain full activity like gym heavy Weight. bad posture. tk muscle relaxant medicine and do hot fermentation

My uncle having trouble of bp and sugar.Also he continues the dehabbitation tablets of drink from last one month . He is fine up to this morning but from today afternoon he starts behaving like strangers. Also he doesn't remember anything,and he speaks like vedsar .So could you please suggest to recover from this trouble.

He has delirium. You calm him down and allow him to talk and let him rest. Keep lights on. He may need to be monitored for his blood sugar and BP. He needs to be checked for blood and rehydrated a/ sedated/ and any of his sugar changes/ electrolytes corrected and given minor tranquilizers and tapered.This has to be done under care of Physician, Taking risk is not advisable treating out of hospital.

Sir, On 6.4. 2016 I got an injury on my back. As per CT Scan and MRI report there is a compression fracture on d12 vertebra. I am been advised best rest for 3 weeks and further advised to take a bed rest of 3 weeks. Please let me know when the bones will be joined. I have been advised to wear a brace during any sitting activities like eating. Etc. My body weight is 88 kgs. Age 40 years.

Tips for weight gain 1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal. 5) have proper rest.
