I want to lose my weight right now 92 kg and in morning I am walking 3 km daily. Not eating rice my morning breakfast is haldi milk and 3 chapati and in lunch fish, 5 chapati, salad,and butter milk. And in dinner haldi milk and 4 chapati pls give me suggest.

hi..skipping rice alone wont help u to reduce weight...its very important to follow a diet plan that s healthy too n also aids in reducing weight..split ur meals into 3..eat only wen hungry..avoid high calorie foods..for detailed diet plan pls ping me

Hi, I test for fbs and ppbs on 15 th june 2018 fbs was 121 and ppbs was 165 and hb1ac 7.2.doctor suggested for glycomet daily at night. But I am not taking tablets can I control through diet and exercise. And I do not feel like urinating thirsty hungry dizziness. Please suggest me.

hi ..gaining weight shd on healthy basis...but taking ur ht n wt in mind i would suggest that you r fit.n possess ideal weight...depending on your ht. .ur weight shd b 60..u r 56.5 near the value..so don't worry..if u r into maintaining ur weight i can give you a perfect healthy diet chart..pls ping me for further details...Thank-you

u hav to take medications to bring it back to normal..by the side u shd concentrate on ur diet too..wen its brought back to normal..u can keep it in control with very strict diet n workouts...having this much high amt is little bit of risk..pls consult soon n hav started ur medications n diet...Thank-you

Cough And Cold - Food That Heps To Aid It!

 Every day in recent weeks. We are hearing about the epidemics of cold n cough. Few foods that aid you or helps to cope up easily with these issues.

There are several foods but best foods to fight with this cold n cough are-

  • chicken soup n broth which provides a lot of fluids n other essential nutrients that help to fight against germs causing the health trouble and loosen the mucus. Chicken contains an amino acid, cysteine that breaks the mucus. It inhibits the action of neutrophils n aids in the speedy recovery.
  • ginger n garlic goes hand in hand in fighting with the cold. Regular intake of these two helps to boosts up our immune system. These two possess antioxidant properties that may help for the speedy recovery.
  • spices like pepper, which possess capsaicin that natural decongestant n a cough reliever
  • leafy vegetables n other vegetables, certain fruits like strawberries, cranberries etc. Bananas.

belly fat takes a long tym to flatten...even exercises for a very long period may result a few inche loss...in the early morning as soon as he gets up..ask him to drink a bottle of water as it may loosen the rigid muscle n aids in quicker weight loss..ginger tea before breakfast also helps in the prevention of excess fat in the abdomen
