Severe dental pain in seemingly healthy tooth should be properly evaluated. Patient history of past illness is important as simply chicken pox might affect your healthy teeth and cause severe pain in otherwise healthy tooth.

Diabetics have more tendency of having gingivitis or periodontitis (pyorrhoea) due to lower immunity. So try to control your blood sugar. Have regular checkups for that. For bleeding: 1. Use soft bristle brush and apply gentle pressure while brushing. 2. Brush your teeth vertically and not horizontally. 3. Change your toothbrush every 3 months. 4. Take capsule b complex vitamin with vitamin c. This will compensate for any deficiency. 5. You can use sensoform gum paint. Apply it on the gums which bleed for 3-4 mins and rinse your mouth with plain water. Try this for a week. If this doesn't help then you may require scaling and polishing of your teeth.

Eating a piece of cheese after a meal helps in pulling away some of the plaque and leftover tiny food particles from meals. And since it contains calcium, it adds to the health of teeth and bones as well.

In my mouth I had a dot of white patch I mean mouth ulcer from. Four days please suggest me some tablets.
Mouth ulcers mouth ulcers can vary is size, shape and number. Mouth ulcers are self limiting, which means they heal naturally by themselves. The medications are only to ease the pain and burning sensation during the course of the healing. Please do not self prescribe any medications as it might at times delay the healing of the ulcer. Please visit the dentist to know exactly the type of the ulcer and its treatment. To ease the pain you cud by a topical anaesthetic gel and apply it before eating anything spicy. Try to reduce the stress, avoid long exposure to sunlight, avoid carbonated drinks and citrus fruits and juices containing citric acid, avoid lemon with food and keep urself hydrated. Please visit the dentist for exact diagnosis and treatment. I hope I have answered your question.

Get scaling done. You may have tarter or plaque deposited between teeth and gum which is causing seelling of gum and bad breath. Rinse you mouth with chlorhexidine mouthwash three times a day after each meal for 15 days. Brush regularly two times daily.

I have mild heaviness in my upper jaw and around te eyes and temples which come and go, my wisdom teeth are erupting for last 2 years but they dont srem to grow, consulted a dentist who suggested to extract all four of them. Kindly consult an ent as well for heaviness in the upper jaw, eyes & temple. Am suspecting sinusitis. Erupting wisdom tooth does not indicate extraction. Extraction is advised only if there is pain in the erupting wisdom tooth. We need more investigations (full mouth xray, sinus xray's) to decide upon treatment. You may consult me in person. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush.
