Do Take balanced diet and hyderated Avoid stress anxiety and anticipating the things Do regular physical activity and breathing exercises for about 30 minutes regularly Best Wishes

In my right hand thumb and index finger there is sometimes pain and sometimes its in all the fingers also.

you are suffering from neurology problem most probably its carpal tunnel syndrome or cervical radiculopathy...get your fbs , tft test and consult a nearby neurologist to localise the disease

It's better you avoid doing so as it may leads to friction to the bones and joint creates vacuum inside and may leads to instability of the joints Best Wishes

Hello doctor, I just want to ask that my hand pains whenever I lie down and type in my cell phone. I can't use my phone for more than 1 min while lying down. I have pain in my hand If I carry some greater weight with it. Earlier some fibre shift or sth one doctor said, I don't know what is it exactly.

Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Inform after 5 days.

I have undergone total knee replacement surgery in october 2014. However, I still get pain on movement and there is a peculiar feeling of something getting pulled over my patella when I climb stairs. Please please advise what could be the cause of this. The operating doctor does not answer my query

Dear , there can be many reasons for the pain. Sometimes you may be having inflammatory arthritis which was ignored. Its also possible that a few muscle fibers or the joint capsule might be tethered. I could give you a solution only after full examination of the knee. Does you knee get hot? is it swollen? how much can you bend the knee? do you feel a sound coming from the knee? send me you xrays so that I can take a look. Stomach infection??? How do you know. For neck pain.... Do regular neck movements. Posture modification. Sit straight without stooping forward.

Too much of mobile phones can load in to your neck
Too much forward bending of neck over phone for a long time, would lead to straining of neck muscles, posture deformities, continuous pain, neck stiffness, migraine & back pain.
Warning for smart phone users: Don't bend your neck beyond 20 sec continuously, otherwise need to face serious problems.
Prevention: The pain can be avoided when mobile users correct their holding position to their eye level, so as to decrease bending over on to mobile.

Try this for joint pains try this. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.
