I suggest you follow the below for your condition: take mag phos 6x - thrice daily for next 2 weeks and update. Also do x-ray of the affected area. Heat and ice packs. Heat and/or cold therapy helps relieve most types of low back pain by reducing inflammation. Often patients use ice, but some prefer heat. Both may be used alternately.

Take belladona 200 thrice a day three drops in water. Avoid oily food. For headache you may also apply ginger paste on the forehead for twenty minutes. You will get relief immediatly.

Chest pain that comes with cough or deep inspiration is an indication of the disease process pleuritis. Essentially in this condition we first prescribed antibiotics and antiallergics along with cough syrups to relieve the patient of cough which might be due to some infection. Hence I believe instead of letting this problem grow you should start taking medicines on the line that I have suggested and you'd be okay no time.

You seem to be aware of your problem. Smoking and drinking can cause stress ulcers or gastritis which can cause stomach pain. You need to stop both the bad habits with your will power and family support. For stomach pain take antacids for 10 days and you will be better. If pain is persistent you will need to consult your doctor for ultrasonography/endoscopy and further management.

Baking soda lies at the heart of home remedies. It’s is so incredibly versatile, and it pretty much does its job 95% of the time. YOu are normal. Your brain is like a muscle. You need to exercise it regularly. The exciting thing is that you don’t have to be a millionaire to increase your brain capacity. All you need to do is invest a little time to regularly train your brain. So what can you do? Here are 10 simple ways you can increase your brain power and improve your intelligence! 1. Do something new When you experience something ‘new’ you actually ‘stimulate’ your brain! Don’t get stuck in a rut doing the same old things – the only way to change the structure of your brain is to do something new. This creates new neural pathways, increasing your intelligence. You could take a new route to work, try a new recipe for dinner, or even a new form of exercise – mix it up! 2. Exercise regularly It’s been proven that regular exercise helps to increase brain function and enhances neurogenesis. This means that every time you exercise you are creating new brain cells! Get off the couch and get moving! Your brain will thank you for it :) 3. Train your memory How often do you hear people say “I wish I had a better memory!’ Yet no-one does anything about this! If you discipline yourself to memorise phone numbers and other important numbers (passport, credit card, insurance, driving license) you will start to see a marked improvement in your memory 4. Be curious Instead of taking everything at face value, get into the habit of questioning everyday things/products, services that you come into contact with. Reading is a great way to trigger your imagination! 8. Get enough sleep Sleep is like a mini detox for the brain. This is when your body regenerates cells and removes all the toxins that have built up during the day. Get to bed between the hours of 9pm and midnight to benefit from the most effective hours of sleep! 9. Ditch the GPS Gone are the days of map reading! Sat Nav may have made our lives easier, it has also made our brains lazier and less efficient at the same time! Go back to the old school and use a map to navigate every now and then (this exercises the part of your brain responsible for understanding spatial relationships). 10. Ban the calculator Remember back at school when we were taught to use our brains to do simple sums like times tables?! It’s incredible how we now rely on devices like smart-phones and laptops to calculate really simple equations. Resist the urge to work things out using an external device – and use the device you were born with – your brain!

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It may have to be further investigated. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days, then contact me again. Contact your family doctor or nearest hospital for emergency help.

Reduce weight you are over weight. Take simpal veg food. Keep digestive track clean. After dinner walk slowly 1 to 2 km daily. Fix time for sleep this time you should not miss. Do not sleep in noon. Not more than 30 minutes as rest keep busy your salf. Avoid stress, tentions when you are going to sleep.

I Undergone general anesthesia for surgery and spinal anesthesia fr appendicitis, I faced breathing problems two tyms for 30 min n lyk fits, nw I am pregnant nw I hav to undergone anesthesia I am worried n scared abt anesthesia, wats wrng wit my body wt anesthesia?

Reaction to anaesthetic drug may be the cause. But there is no way to confirm before hand. It is natural that you are scared of anaesthesia, once you have faced problems. Now that you are pregnant, it is not always necessary to undergo lscs (caeserian) delivery. If you can undergo normal delivery, there is no need for any anaesthesia. You must inform your treating doctor about the episode. If at all you require anaesthesia, your anaesthetist will take extra preventive steps. But there is no way to predict and prevent such events before occurence. Only when some specific cause is known it can be prevented. But if you may not require anaesthesia, i. E. If you undergo normal delivery than there is no worry.
