Hye, thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Hello, as you are having psoriasis problem, psoriasis is genetic disorder triggered due to stressful conditions and irregular life style. We are treating psoriasis using ayurvedic medicines. Psoriasis has three stages. First stage is when disease remain on skin and there are scaly patches. Second stage comes when there is pitting on nails and in last stage it enter the joints and there is pain in small joints. Generally patient use steroidal application on patches which give temporary relief and disease reappear after 2/3 days. In severe cases methotrexate is used which is not a safer option and is liver toxic. Ayurveda has got a complete remedy for psoriasis. It is a safer option and can be used for longer duration without any side effects. Ayurvedic external application give very quick results with sun exposure in clearing the scales and internal treatment does not allow the disease to re appear. Psoriasis is a manageable disease and can be managed with ease and effectively using ayurveda. You should use 3 gms of haldi with milk helps in psoriasis patients.

Now a days there is increase incidence of obesity which leads to dm and eating more of junk food also is one of the factor and life style changes also contribute to high incidence of dm in india and we require to exercise daily and eat food with low glycemic index levels and any green vegetables helps in controlling sugar levels of the body.

Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system...by digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system...take chitrakadi vati after meal...Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day..Take banana milk shake....Take pranacharaya karsyatanashak capsule twice a day.. I'm a 26-year old woman and I'd need some advice regarding my QT values. If I understand correctly, QTc intervals of less than 440 Ms. are considered to be normal, whereas QTc intervals of 440 Ms. to 460 Ms. in men and 440 Ms. to 470 Ms. in women are considered borderline. A couple of days ago I had an ECG. My QT/QTc was 412/447 Ms. at a heart rate of 71 bpm. Is this something to worry about (long QT syndrome)? I've been suffering from PVCs every day for over a year, but my heart should be structurally fine according to an echocardiogram. During the past few months I have had short bursts of an accelerated heartbeat with fluttering sensation and sometimes irregular heartbeat. I've decided to have 24-hour Holter monitoring again, just in case.

Hi lybrate-user, your qtc is within normal limits for women. But in patients who have QT prolongation, this at times gets precipitated by certain triggers. Since you have mentioned that you are having PVC's, then few things become important - What is the percentage of PVC load you have in 24 hrs (the holter will tell you that) 2. What is the cause of these PVC and whether the fluttering feeling you are experience is some abnormal rhythm. A holter will be able to tell this only if these things happen during the time of holter monitoring. A better way can Electrophysiology study, where we do detailed study of your heart's conduction system and see if at all any abnormal beats or rhythms are coming and where they are coming from and give you a definitive answer. So, you should consult a cardiac electrophysiologist with your present and past ECG and holter reports.

Hello lybrate user- ayurvedic concept of pcod (poly cystic ovarian disease) is somewhat different than modern concept, it generally occurs due to irregular food and daily habits done specially at the time of menstrual bleeding period. Pcod effect the ovulation process thus makes it difficult for the female to conceive and get pregnant. Some general tips to avoid pcod are- a) avoid spicy food fast food during the bleeding and take fresh indian food. B) use wet sponging instead of taking bath on those days. C) avoid running, skipping and other exercises on those days. D) use dashmoolarishtha 2 tsp twice daily with water ten days before menses.

For teeth whitening you need bleachibg and polishing and scaling also if plaque deposition is there on teeth surface. Brush regularly two times. Rinse your mouth after each meal. Avoid too much tea, coffee and chocolate.

Hye, Thanks for the query. If you want to gain some weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. 1.  Eat 5 to 6 meals a day In order to gain weight, you need to start eating 5-6 meals a day. However, it is important that you break these meals into parts, as eating a lot at once may result in indigestion. Also, be sure to include healthy foods in your diet for a healthy weight gain. 2.  Weight train at least 3 times a week When you train with weights, your muscles grow. 3.  Consume more calories than you burn. Eating calories more than your normal intake may not be easy, but you must do it if you want to stop being skinny. Make sure you don’t do it just by overeating at once, but instead do it gradually over the whole day.  4.  Work out your entire body A lot of gym goers usually train only the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Make sure you workout your entire body for a wholesome weight gain. 5.  Load up on protein As informed earlier, you have to consume more calories than your normal intake every day. You can do this by eating foods rich in protein like dairy, meat, eggs, nuts, dry fruits, pulses, sprouts, smoothies, milk shakes etc.  6.  Drink your calories It may be tough to meet your calorie requirements by just eating. Drinking milk, lassi, milkshakes or fruit smoothies with little or no sugar can be a great way to load up on the required calories. 7.  Try and eat fast (but don’t choke on it) Your body takes some time to give signals of satiety which is why eating fast can help you eat more. 8.  Focus on recovery after each workout Stretching exercises, foods rich in carbohydrates can help recover your body significantly. Also, you should aim for 8 hours of sleep as inadequate sleep can cause several problems. 9.  Be patient with yourself Hoping to gain weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Even if you follow all the advice that is there, you may end up gaining just 1-2 kilos in a month. Every body is different, and just because you are not seeing results in terms of weight gain, you shouldn’t feel discouraged. Living healthy by eating the right diet will make you feel better and more positive about life and increase your strength. 10.  Believe in yourself.

Gud mrng sir/madam Last year (2016) august my girlfriend got pregnancy, I was tested in pregatest it was confirmed then after she used medicine to remove pregnancy for that she was felt severe pain and finally after one week she was in normal condition and finally every month she usually got periods. Do you some days rest, you don't walking mean not hard work you wear short wear shoes either shilper you take hot water deep your foot then deep in cold water you also take physiotherapy some days he/she give you wex on ankle, us and some exercise but when you feel pain then take a pain killer then you feel batter OK.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. You must not overloaded your stomach with tasty food. Take nutritous diet full of protein and vitamins. Avoid oil and sugar. Drink plenty of liquids and eat salads and fruits. Do massage of your knee with seasame oil daily at night one inch above the knee and one inch below and under the hollow portion of knee andon the shin bone under the knee four inch 15 times each point daily for ten days. Increase your exercise slowly day by day.

hello take homeopathic medicine . along with do Almond face mask for fair and glowing skin In the morning soak 3 or four almonds(according to the area on which to be applied may be used for other parts of the body as well) in the milk. At night mash these almonds in the milk you can use some more milk. Mash it to form very fine paste. Apply to the face. Leave for whole night. In the morning wash face with cold water. Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Size of testicles, difference in sizes of testicles etc are never a crieteria in determining your sexual ability. Size of penis never matters in a sexual intercourse. Love and passion matters and determines the sexual pleasure. Average size of erect penis is 4 inches. But even a two inch erect penis can satisfy any woman across the world just because, woman sexual nerve endings which is the reason for pleasure for women, are available only up to two inches from the opening of vagina.
