It's due to disc bulge at neck. bulged disc can be pushed back to it's normal place with manual therapy. try it good luck.

Do you have morning stiffness .....? if so,it could be joint stiffness. It can be unlocked with manual therapy. Try it. Good luck.

Lumbar disc could be prolapsed. Manual therapist can push them, back to it's normal place. Good luck.
