I am a well experienced Physiotherapist in all aspects of Physiotherapy, also I did my specialty in Sports. I can assure that I can give you best treatment in the world. Analyzing the problem is the crucial in all treatment, I am best in the assessment part. I keep on updating myself to give the best treatment to the patients. I did special techniques and courses related to physiotherapy like Mulligan concept, Neurodynamics, Kinesiology Taping, Pilates and etc.. Have a consultation and feel the difference.

My mom is having painless swelling in her ankle joint. Pls prescribe some remedy.
Hi She can do simple ankle movement. Moving the foot Up and down, in and out then rotation both clockwise and anti clock wise. If the swelling is simple and no other medical issue. This exercise itself will clear the problem. If the swelling is not reducing please come for an video chat so that I can assess your mom and can give you good suggestions. Physiotherapy with care to cure.

Hi do you do any exercise before and after walking. Walking itself is a good endurance training but need proper warmup and cool down. Do proper stretch to your calf muscle you will be better soon Thanks.

Changing neurologist is no use. Ask him to do regular exercise. Go for more standing activities and increase weight bearing on affected side.
