Not only heavy diet is required to grow muscle. You need to consume more amount of protein rich diet. For that every morning take boiled or sprouted legumes like moong chana muth udad. Take eggs if you are eggiterian. Frequent small meals can increase your metabolism and then if you consume protein nuts banana guava peas dal more, you will gain weight.

Mr. Lybrate-user, blood sugar level of 200 mg random is very high, needs immediate correction. You have not mentioned about the drugs being taken and fasting, pp levels and hba1c%. About eating" gur" I am sure you are aware it is same as sugar as both come from cane juice. There is no difference in them. Both are not to be taken by a diabetic person. Fruits like papaya, oranges, sweet limes, pomegranate, apple, pear, guava, water melon can be taken by a person with diabetes. But sugar control is a must and only 100 g a day is allowed.

Proteins - this should be the most important part of your diet. Soya, sprouts, pulses, eggs, fish, milk and cottage cheese are rich sources of protein. Include them in your daily diet almond oil - I have found excellent results with this. Add 6 drops of almond oil to 1 cup of un sweetened milk and take it twice a day in empty stomach but, weight gain or weight loss can not happen if you do not work out. 45 minutes of rigorous physical activity is a must.

Dear lybrate-user, many people with type I or type ii diabetes, who have meticulously followed the doctor's instructions about medication, lifestyle, food and exercise and periodic medical check-up have a satisfying sexual lives. Those who have not been so disciplined are likely to face sexual problems early, because" uncontrolled or inadequately controlled" diabetes would lead in the long run to neurogenic erectile dysfunction. So remember to keep diabetes under control, not just for the sake of sexual well-being, but for the general health and well-being too, which is far more important. 02. Yes, the children of type I diabetics have chances of inheriting it from parents. According to Dr. Warram, if the father is under 25 when diagnosed of type I diabetes, the chances of his children inheriting it are about 1 in 10 (10%). If the mother is diabetic at about the same age, the chances are 1 in 25 (4%).

My weight is constantly increasing how to loose it. I tried gym bt after that it increased.

My weight is constantly increasing how to loose it. I tried gym bt after that it increased.
Please follow the below recommendation for your condition: it is important for you to find the right kind of weight reduction method to get back into shape and never fall prey to diet pills and weight loss supplement advertisements that you come across on television channels and the internet. If you are able to combine a proper and healthy diet with an exercise regime, then this could be your passport to the fastest way to lose weight and that too naturally. The first and foremost thing that you should remember is that you should not skip meals or eat at irregular times in any weight loss plan. If you ever thought that skipping a meal or two an eating a hearty meal only once a day is never going to help in reducing your weight. Also, make sure that you set realistic weight loss target goals before beginning a weight loss program and try to achieve the set target. Always bear in mind that you can only stretch your body to a certain limit with rigorous exercise routines (30-45 minutes treadmill) and a well-balanced and healthy diet plan.

Hello lybrate-user, you should immediately see a doctor and get routine urine and blood tests done with your doctor's consent if you have fever from the past 15 days. There are various home remedies that work for cold like herbal tea made using ginger, pepper ped, tulsi leaves, ajwain, cumin seeds and water. Throw all the ingredients along with a pinch of salt in boiling water for 10 min. Sip on this herbal tea at least 3-4times in a day.

If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts ( soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. What should a diabetes person live his life style

MBBS
Pediatrician,
Basis of diabetes management is on keeping a steady blood glucose value that too within normal range. For this make your meal timings regular. Avoid sugar, refined carbohydrates, very much ripen fruits. Put down your daily calorie intake, u can also take meals 5 times a day but the total quantity should be the one you take while you have three times a day meal. This way you can lessen post prandial rise in glucose level as well as bring a steady state of glucose level. For any extra food you taken you must exercise and burn that extra calorie. Have a habbit of daily short busts of exercise at different times. Avoid any beverages, fast food, alcohol etc And there are many more lifestyle practices can be made. Consult your physician for more.
