I have much weight and I gained weight just in 2 years almost 20 kg. And I also have allergy to smell. I am not able to properly breathe sometime maybe due to increase wt. Please suggest me some medication and some procedures to decrease my weight and get relief from allergy.

Hi my wife is 31 years old and we have a 3 years old daughter (only one child). The daily routine is not fixed, like no fixed timing for lunch and dinner, however she always skip her breakfast. So wanted to know what would be the best health drinks like women hairloss or any thing, which she can take daily at night with milk, so that somewhat she can cover few of health neutrons on daily basis. We done few medical testing done and got deficiency in Iron, so started taking Iron capsules, and thinking of starting some milk supplements. Pleases suggest. Thanks.

Let her have folic acid and calcium and vitamin supplements along with a balanced diet rich in green vegetables and fruits and milk ,and also some vitamin E capsule for hair loss. You may give her vit D and calcium supplements too, not forgetting that all kinds of milk products are helpful too.

Please follow the below recommendation for your condition: Diet, exercise, and behavioral modification should be included in all obesity management approaches for body mass index (BMI) of 25 kg/m 2 or higher. Other tools, such as pharmacotherapy for BMI of 27 kg/m 2 or higher with comorbidity or BMI over 30 kg/m2 and bariatric surgery for BMI of 35 kg/m2 with comorbidity or BMI over 40 kg/m 2, should be used as adjuncts to behavioral modification to reduce food intake and increase physical activity when this is possible. Sir, mera weight pehle se bohat kam ho gaya. Din mai 2 bar hi khata hu 2.00 pm and 12. 00 am. Thoda sa khane ke baad pet bhar jata hai. Aur raat ko neend bhi kam ata hai. Subha late uthta hu. Aur dpaharr ko khane ke baad bohot neend aati hai. Thakaan bhi bohat mehsus hoti hai.

I feel very lethargic and completely devoid of energy. everyday I need to push myself to even get out of bed. I feel like I am Drudging through life and time.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Avoid to eat spicy food, besan, bekary food, overeating, junk food. 6. Every 3 day in month eat mung dal and rice for whole day. 7. Alovera juice 4tsp+ 1 tsp honey after dinner 8. Amal juice 4tsp +2 tsp sugar + 2tsp honey empty stomch in the morning.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.
