there is no fastest method of loosing weight. Looking at your height ideal body weight is 60 kg. Bmi is 26.97kg/m2, best way to reduce weight is to plan a loss of 2 kg per month, can be done by cutting 550 calories per day from existing intake, exercising regularly so that extra caloreis are burnt, which help in reducing about 1/2 kg per week. This approach will be better than any drastic reduction. If you want me to guide then come in a private conversation with the details like - fasting and pp sugar levels, hba1c%, medications being taken, level of physical activity and dietary pattern. The exercises that are to be planned should suit your age and capabilities. I am not sure if you are a person who has been exercising regularly earlier.

It could be due to a bacterial or fungal infection. It will be better to show a dermatologist. In the meantime can apply fucidin cream twice daily on pimples.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You are very young to actually have persistent back pains. If you have localized back pain with no other symptoms like radiating leg pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc we will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like, dynamic x rays of lower back and few blood tests for evaluation. Hi, a face pack of curds, tomato are effective to remove tan. You can also rub the tanned area with potato slices for an effective de-tanning.

To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Thanks for the query. Most often we lack energy because we don't eat well and lack in many major nutrients. It is important to know that just eating two heavy meals a day will not fulfill your nutrient needs. Most often we skip meals especially when at work or in college. We start our day on empty stomach but our work or stress or activity is never reduced. This causes weakness and lack of energy levels. Food is our source of energy and if you don't eat well as per your needs you are going to get deficient in many nutrients. So, start by eating the right foods at the right time. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Doing that will help improve unwanted fat mobilization as well. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Sleep well.    Exercise at least thrice a week. Don't exercise on empty stomach and post exercise also avoid being empty stomach for too long. Half a fruit before exercise should do you good.

Hye, thanks for the query. You need to maintain good blood sugar levels to avoid any complications due to uncontrolled diabetes. For a diabetic it is best advised to have a diet planned as per the sugar levels, lifestyle and history. Though you can follow some guidelines - the sugar levels will fluctuate depending on what you ate or did not eat, stress levels and activity levels. You have to try and manage a balanced carb intake. Have small frequent meals. Do not fast for long hours. You have to eat 3 main and 3 mid meals. Your diet must include whole grains, seasonal fruits, vegetables, small amounts of nuts and dairy and pulses or dals or lean meats like chicken or fish and egg. Starchy vegetables need to be planned into the diet. Avoid a very heavy meal at one time. Avoid fruit juices, aerated drinks or sugarcane juice, honey, jaggery or sugar. Avoid junk foods. Exercise and stay active. Avoid exercise if sugar levels are above 250 mg/dl. Do not attempt to try out too many remedies as you could go into hypoglycaemia. Sleep well. It's all a matter of discipline.

Increase your ejaculation time" premature ejaculation" is a" very common" and" easily manageable" issue. Premature ejaculation is diagnosed if time is less than 1 minute. Generally in 1-2 minutes a man /women don't feel sexually satisfied. Hence the concern. Due to lack of proper guidance and ignorance, this issue does not get resolved easily. It is very easily treated by following measures: 1). Proper counselling 2). Exercises / techniques 3). Ayurvedic medicines (there is no treatment for" premature ejaculation" in modern system). It can be treated in 4-6 weeks with an experience in this area.

Few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water and say no to broccoli and not to eat pickles and papads and to eat freshly prepared food.

You are low weight increase weight 50 to 55 kg. Change food habites. Addin your daily food calcium, vitamines, minirales, proteins, milk end milk products. Massaje body oil in night. Bath with neem soap.

I am 35 years old male. I am suffering from eczema (red daad) and allergy from last five months. I took many medicine and ointment, but this going down and come again. Ointment like (surface, fourderm, candid-b, Lobate -GM, Panderm, and many more) also take injection and tablet. But no final result found. Allergy like. Follow these usefultips for arthritis pain relief: * take take calcium rich diet daily. Take a glass (300 ml) of full cream milk daily or 100 gm of cheese or 1-2 eggs regularly. * give a gentle oil massage to knees regularly and wrap your knees with cloth dipped in hot water for atleast 10-15 minutes. * wear knee cap or wrap crape bandage during walk for knee support. * sit atleast for 5-8 minutes in sunlight in morning or evening for vitamin-d *avoid heal shoe and wear only flat shoes for balanced load on knees. * take guggalu tablets if himalaya one tablet daily for atleast 3 months. * take a piece of garlic, crush it and boil it a glass of milk and drink daily for fast pain relief.

Hi, welcome to lybrate. Your knee and stomach pain may not necessarily be related. Knee pain at your age can arise due to multiple causes inclusion injury, gout, any kind of arthritis, low vitamin d levels, infection or weakness of muscle to name a few. A thorough examination will be useful to find the cause. Some blood tests fasting including hb, tlc, dlc, esr, vitamin d, uric acid, anti ccp, calcium, phosphorous, alkaline phosphotase, pth along with x ray knee ap and lateral views in standing position will be useful. In the meantime you can learn quadriceps strengthening exercises from a physiotherapist and do them 20 mins 3 times a day to strengthen your knee muscles. Avoid squatting on floor, sitting on indian toilet and excessive stair climbing. Revert back with investigations reports.

You have to persist with a low carbohydrate and low fat high protein diet. Stop all cereals, sugar, bakery products and desserts. Take the white of 2 boiled eggs and lots of fruits and green vegetables and salads.
