Our weight should be proportionate to our height. For every given height there is a normal weight range. You must do several things correctly to gain weight. A healthy diet: this is the foundation of gaining weight. If you don't do this right, the other things you do won't be effective and could even be harmful. Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal. · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts ( soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad. · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.

Bad breath could occur commonly due to 1 deposits in teeth 2 decayed teeth 3 decayed teeth with pus discharge. If none of the above, it can also be due to ulcer in stomach if any. Use of mouth wash might help. Please get it diagnosed by dentist before starting treatment.

hello sir you can reduce weight with following: eat healthy balanced diet along with regular exercise routine. drink plenty of water. include fruits, seasonal vegetables and sprouts. take small and frequent meals. avoid zimikand, arbi, mango and cheeku. avoid sweets, junk food and aerated drinks. thank you for detailed diet plan you can consult.

U have to take care of your throat by urself only. Just see that you have meals on time i. E. Propr breakfast, proper lunch, hav some light food in the evening and also light dinner at night. You might be suffering from acidity and leading to recurrent throat infections like tonsillitis, tonsillipharyngitis. So it would be better if you maintain a proper diet schedule and drink plenty of water, avoid cold and sour (khatta) foods. Consult to ent specialist nearby or you may consult me on lybrate online also.

This might be due to lack of blood circulation in the hands and we suggest to do contrast bath therapy ie. Immersing in cold/hot water in the interval of 3-5 minutes which will help you reduce the pain. It must be due to pressure on one side of the body and due to your bad posture in lying. Pour hot water while taking bath which will help you to get relieved from pain.

Hi lybrate-user, the fear and the resultant stress has occupied your mind so much that you are unable to concentrate on anything. You need help of a psychologist to discuss your stress and find ways to manage and come out of it completely. Engage in regular physical activity that matches your abilities. This can include walking your dog through the park or a more vigorous exercise regimen such as high-intensity interval training. Research shows that regular exercise provides mood-enhancing endorphins that not only help build self-esteem but take your mind off what's making you anxious. In order to be sure that you stick to a routine of regular physical activity, it's best to sample a variety of activities and rotate between a few that you enjoy the most. For example, you might like participating in group sports most. However, you might also enjoy swimming for when you do not have a group of people with whom you can play. Always speak to your doctor before starting a new fitness regimen. Train yourself to be calm with meditation or yoga. Daily engagement in calming activities can help you rid yourself of anxiety or keep these feelings under control. Meditation involves mindfully clearing your mind of fears or worries and focusing on cleansing, relaxing breaths. Yoga incorporates stretching and body positions called asanas with meditation and breathing techniques for a full-body calm. Look up meditation for beginners or online or sign up for a yoga class at a fitness studio near you. Practice deep breathing. Imagine your stomach as a balloon. Inhale fully and deeply through your nose, feeling your stomach expanding. Then, exhale, gradually allowing your stomach to collapse. You can perform deep breathing exercises during a panic attack or frequently throughout the day to reduce stress and fend off anxious feelings. 20 to 30 minutes of deep breathing daily is ideal. Reciting a script in your head like" I am safe. Or" I am perfectly calm. May help. Eat more fruits and less junk foods, green leafy vegetables and no coffee.

Hi lybrate-user you can try to wrap that area with cloth like abdominal belt daily not very tight and use sm antibiotic powder before wrapping it. Pour few drops of coconut oil on it daily. It can help you. Take care.

Dear lybrate user, one of the major nutritional substance required for human body is carbohydrate. We take carbohydrate in the form of rice, wheat, sugar etc. The complex molecules of carbohydrate are broken down into simple glucose molecules during digestion & released in the blood stream to be absorbed by the muscle cells. Insulin hormone plays a vital role in the absorption of the glucose molecules by the muscle cells. In abnormal conditions, either due to less production of insulin or due to resistance to insulin, the process of absorption of glucose by the muscles comes to a stand still. The glucose molecules remains in the blood stream which results in the increase in the blood sugar level. This abnormal condition is clinically known as diabetes mellitus. Once a patient is diagnosed with diabetes he has to take regular medicine to keep his blood sugar level within normal limits. Take homoeopathic mother tincture gymnemna sylvestra q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water. Also you need to walk at least 1 hour daily without any interval.
