Ek do din s Jab main baith kar ya so kar achanak uthata hu. To aisa lagta h ki sab ghum gaya. Aur unbalance ho jata hu. Chhakkar sa lagta hai .Please. Suggest me.

Dear apke neck area se nerve press hui hai massage karwae but in proper way .avoid pillow. Control it now nhi to cervical ban jaega.
