Which exercises we  should do everyday to maintain proper functioning? and how much sleep we need everyday?
Exercise should be anything that you enjoy and can manage to indulge in at least 3-5 times in a week consistently. It could be dancing football aerobics swimming yoga jogging or strength training. Consistency and right technique is important. As for sleep, you need about 7 hours of good sleep.

I have problem with my veins that all over my hands and legs veins are shown at very large amount so I feel very uncomfortable when I'm sitting near people I am skinny and I'm going to gym.

Hi lybrate-user, only fruits & vegetables will not help to gain weight. You need to intake a high calorie diet. Eat every 2 -3 hours. Have 2 aloo / paneer parathas or 2-3 cheese sandwiches with milkshake for your breakfast. Lunch & dinner can 3 chapatis with rice and vegetable, dal, salad, curd/raita, followed by some sweetdish. In between also, have bhelpuri, aloo tikkas, burgers, pizza, maggi, fruits, chocolates. Walk for 30 minutes and also drink 10-12 glasses of water. Also sleep for 8 -9 hours.

The reason of not gaining weight are * improper diet * indigestion (disease of stomach, loose motions) * worms in intestine * thyroid disorder * diabetes *addiction (smoking or alcoholism) dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

I am 36 year male suffering from pain just above angle in my right leg whenever I walk for more that 1 km. Also while walking I experience numbness & tightening in my right foot below ankle. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

The inability of a man to achieve or sustain erection it is called erectile dysfunction. Erectile dysfunction is a very common problem and it is believed that approximately 40% of males suffer from it at one time or another in life. CAUSES:: certain drugs (anti-depressants), neurological disorders, cavernosal disorders (Peyronie's disease) etc. Sometimes impotence can be traced back to certain health problems like diabetes, severe depression, or severe reaction to any drug. Excessive alcohol drinking and cigarette smoking too are causative factors. Psychological factors are also major causes of impotence and can be due to increased focus on sexual performance in society. DIET AND LIFE STYLE ADVICE:: Take simple, chemical free diet, as many chemicals used for growing and manufacturing food articles can affect nervous functioning and sexual arousal. Prevent indigestion, constipation and vitiation of Apan Vayu that is resposible for penile erection. So patient should avoid foods that trigger gas formation like potato, beans, peas, brinjal etc and prefer fruit vegetables, spices like dry ginger and drinks like lemon water which release gases easily. Excessive salt, acids, tobacco & alcohol too should be avoided. Most of dry fruits, fresh fruits and milk products increase sexual vigour. Consuming pure ghee and dry fruits like almond & cashew regularly boost sexual vigour and prevents erectile dysfunction. Performing Yogasan & Suryanamaskar regularly improves tone of the muscles required for erection while doing Pranayam brings about mental relaxation and tranqility. TREATMENT:: Take 1 tsf dhatupaushtik churna twice a day with milk mixed wid honey and 2 tab tenex forte twice a day 30 min after meals./ 10 days. Revert back after 10 days for further medication and treatment.
