Do cardiac exercises daliy atleast for 1 hour. Avoid sugar totally and fried foos items. if you follow above 2 points you will loose 5 kg in a month

make a paste by mixing moong daal piwer on milk.Apply it on face for 10 mins.Then wash it with water.
