Hi I am in initial stage of hair loss. None of our ancestors have hair loss. I work as soft ware employee and I wear helmet daily, the main reason for hair loss is dandruff. Can you suggest me some tips to prevent. My heart beat rate is 100 per minute . Is it OK or do I take it serious?

Get your thyroid profile done, both high and low thyroid lead to hair loss, local infection like dandruff makes the base of hair follicles weak. Use ketoconazole shampoo, regularly for a week, the skin of scalp is not different from face, it does sweat, get infected due to extra oils of glands near the upper layer of skin (sebatious glands) eat less bad fats, eat some good fats like a katori of assorted nuts for good fats and good proteins & minerals. Drink milk & curds for calcium and proteins. Reduce salt, sugar to bare minimum. Cover your head with a cotton hankey to absorb sweat and then wear helmet. If your job is stressful, do yoga, meditation and simple walks as hair loss is reported due to excess stress. Some home remedy to cleanse scalp before regular shampoo. Apply either of these an hour before on scalp- curd/ vinegar/ apple cider vinegar/ lemon juice. Get back here with reports of thyroid and sugar levels.

I use a nice med for my local patients. As I can not see you and can not take you under my guidance so feeling shaky to prescribe it. Anyway graphites 6 can be useful. Daily 4-5drops morn / 4 days. Fruit juice daily will heal quickly.

Visit a dentist. You may have some cavity due to which your teeth are more sensitivity. Intermittent pain may increase to continuous pain.

My mom once slipped and got pelvis bone displacement. The bone is little bent as the diagnostic report. After the period of one month it hasn't cured and she feels the same pain there. Doctors given some medicines but after all the problem is not solved. please help sir.

Hye. In order to lose weight you must either eat sensibly and exercise to burn off calories. Eat as per the body's needs. Food that is not used to fuel the body is stored as fat. A major component of losing weight is to make smarter food choices. Here's how: Limit non-nutritious foods, such as: Sugar, honey, syrups and candy, pastries, donuts, pies, cakes and cookies, soft drinks, sweetened juices and alcoholic beverages Cut down on high-fat foods by: Choosing poultry, fish or lean red meat. Choosing low-fat cooking methods, such as baking, broiling, steaming, grilling and boiling. Avoiding high-fat snacks like chips and chocolate. Avoiding fried foods. Using less margarine and mayonnaise. Avoiding high-fat gravies, cream sauces and cream-based dishes. Eat a variety of foods, including: Fruit and vegetables, whole grains, breads, cereal, rice and pasta, dairy products, such as low-fat or non-fat milk or yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat cheese, protein-rich foods like chicken,  fish, dals and legumes, or beans should be included in your diet. Change your eating habits: Eat three balanced meals a day to help control your hunger. Watch portion sizes and eat small servings of a variety of foods. Choose low-calorie snacks. Eat only when you are hungry and stop when you are satisfied. Eat slowly and try not to perform other tasks while eating. Find other activities to distract you from food, such as walking, taking up a hobby or being involved in the community. Include regular exercise in your daily routine.

Are you having dandruff? Or any scalp problem? Is there any family history of Alopecia? You can start vit. B complex for 2 wks. Oil massage with mahabhringaraj oil 2 times a wk. Try to do shirsasan daily.

But this sort of depression does not stay for long. This depression gets cleared within a span of some weeks. For some people, gaining weight or adding muscle can be just as difficult as losing weight. However, simply adding certain foods to your diet can be very effective to gain weight. Red meat is an excellent source of protein that will help you gain muscle. It contains leucine, an amino acid that helps stimulate muscle protein synthesis. The fattier the meat, the more calories you will take in. Just a 170-gram fillet of salmon provides around 350 calories and 4 grams of omega-3 fats. It also provides 34 grams of high-quality protein, helping you build muscle or gain weight. You can make some very simple, high-calorie and well-balanced meals by combining whole grain bread with protein sources such as eggs, meat and cheese. Try combining some dried fruit with a protein source, such as cuts of meat or a whey protein shake. They also mix really well with nuts and natural yogurt, providing a blend of healthy fats, protein and other key nutrients. Try adding avocados, which are loaded with healthy fats to your main meals and other dishes such as omelets or sandwiches. Cheese is a very good source of protein and is also rich in healthy fats. most probably u r suffering from a complication of diabetes called gastroparesis.in which there is delayed gastric emptying causing nausea vomiting and early satiety. management include dietry modification, glycemic control,and if not relieved some meds like prokinetics and antiemetics help
