You should not delay urination unless there is no alternative. This frequent urination can slowly lead to urge incontinence. There is an exercise to control bladder movement along with a medicine for long term use. Since you do not have infection, there is no point in taking antibiotics. An USG of lower abdomen will be required in due course if things do not improve. Contact me for details.

Hello dear Lybrate user. It seems U had oily face and might also have in the scalp too. There are different grades of Acne vulgaris (pimples ).U should use a facewash containing Salisalic acid, Tea tree oil. kindly take tapyadi loha, 2 tabs twice a day with ashokarishta, 4 tsf in half a glass of warm water after meals, twice a day. Take Sukumara kshayam, 3 tsf in half a glass of warm water, before meals, twice a day. Avoid spicy food, fried food, curd , cold water in your diet. Take shatavari powder, 1 tsf in half a glass of warm milk once a day, 1 hr after meals. Continue the regime for 1 month. Good luck

Keep your gut clean by tarunikusumakar chooran with warm water once a week. Eat light, green and easily digestible food. Take liquid ashwagandharishta and drakshovin 15 ml each + 30 ml water twice a day post meals. Walks, deep breathing, meditation and socializing should be regular. Write back and consult after two weeks.

Hy, my father used to apply skintight cream on his face before 4 years for 1 year. And because of that cream, his skin had got burned and some portion had got burned or a too much dark spot had created in it. Whenever he takes the alopathic medicines, his face recovers but after stopping that, his skins again became the same. What remedies he should do for his recovery because it looks very dark. If those alopathic medicines are working well for him, he should not stop taking them. Continue the medicines whenever this happens. It is difficult to find another remedy for a reaction with a cream used four years back, it will be the best to take the same medication to avoid further reactions and allergies.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Dear you have hypothyroid problem but don`t worry you loss your weight and get your fitness again. Home remedies are A glass of warm water mixed with the juice of half a lemon. A teaspoonful of honey can be added Have it early in the morning. Breakfast – Wheat or Mung (green beans) sprouts and one cup skimmed milk.

1. Take bland diet, avoid spicy, oily, fried and junk food2 eat and drink slowly. 3. Avoid fatty food, carbonated drink like soda/ soft drink/beer, chewing gum, sucking hard candy etc, 5. Avoid gas forming food like onion, bean, peas, potato, lentil, lettuce, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, mushroom, whole wheat bread. Fruits like apple/peach/pear 6. Avoid stress, anxiety 7. Stop alcohol/ smoking if you have 8. Go for regular exercise and avoid sedentary life style 9. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning 10. Take unienzyme 2 tablet twice daily after food for few days.

I didn't have my periods since December 2016, every month there is old blood clots I see while urination but periods do not happen. I tried homeopathy medicines and allopathy-meprate. I take minimum diet and do morning walks but I don't lose weight as well. No thyroid and ultrasound reports were normal. Please advise.

its due to hormonal imbalance,dont worry, Use warm water for drinking,take healthy ,warm food,fresh fruits,dry fruits,take proper rest,sound sleep,do regular exercise, yoga,pranayam,keep cleanliness of private body parts. avoid chilled water,cold drink, foods kept in fridge,oily,spicy,outside food,water, avoid late night works, travelling ,overexertion during menstruation. best luck..

Dear. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. * body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soup or salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Best Yoga Poses To Eliminate Lower Back Pain

Most of us are in professions where we are needed to be seated at one place, in the same position for long hours. Not only are we getting lesser exercise that the previous generations would, we are also not moving about much for work. This is causing many health issues, one of them being pain in the lower back. While this can happen for a few other reasons too, there are few exercises in yoga by doing which one can experience immense relief. A brief of few such yoga poses are:

1. Upward-facing dog pose - to do this, you need to lie flat on the floor, on your tummy. Put your arms flat on the ground, right next to your ribs on either sides of your body and make sure your legs are straight & joined together. Now, press your feet together and your palms on to the ground, and push your body up from the ground, looking upwards. Make sure your torso doesn't leave the ground. Stay like this for about 10 breaths and come back to main position. Repeat.

2. Child's pose: to do this you need to get on all fours first and sit back on your legs till your butt comes right above your heels. They should not be touching. Raise your hands up, and bring them down on the ground in front of you. Along with your hands, bring your body forward too, until your forehead touches the ground. Hold for about ten breaths and release. Repeat.

3. Triangle pose: stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart. Raise your hands on each side of your body, to shoulder level. Bend one side of your body, keeping legs straight and bending sideways from the waist, to touch the feet on that side. Hold for ten seconds and come back to first position. Repeat on other side too.

4. Upward-forward bend: stand straight, keeping your feet shoulder-width apart. Bend down from your waist and bring your head as close to the ground as possible. Stretch till the time you are comfortable. Hold for about ten seconds and get back to previous position. Repeat.
