these are good medicines but even after taking these medicines you find difficulty in urination then you are a candidate for prostate surgery.

Whether lasix injection will treat acute kidney failure and kidney function can be restored.

Lasix will just increase your urine output. It will not reverse kidney failure. You should follow whatever your nephrologist advice you.
