Try not to avoid any meal and have milk, Chicken, fish, Egg in more quantity. Try to do 20 minutes of exercise per day and have frequent meals in every 1.5 hours. Hello Sir/Madam, I am17 years 3 months of age. The monotonous journey of everyday from home-school-tution-home is making me weaker. Hardly I can do self study after returning home. It's becoming a great issue for me. I always become exhausted after my 8 hours of school. I couldn't give a proper attention in my tution classes which are after my school. I do some physical exercise at home only such as push-ups, crunch, squats, etc. It will be very good for me if you please prescribe me a medicine or any drinks so that I can remain active all the day. Please prescribe a good diet chart also. My weight is 65 kgs. Thank you.

Don't rely on any artificial supplements, try the things like milk, Nuts, chicken, egg, pulses,fruits veggies from your kitchen. Add makhane in your diet (100 gram per day) 4.you need to avoid egg ,mutton chicken and high protein food products. 5. Have lots of vegetables, low fat cereals, fruits in your diet. 6. Food habit suitable for fissures. Can I never take any spicy food, as I like to have chillies in my food rather than sweet and salty but I never prefer rich and spicy too much. Is it a life long thing that I never have spices in my food? I like fruits but not always. Please give me chart for balance and healthy diet which is easily available. Nowadays I am worried of having anything spicy due to this problem.

Dear lybrate-user Thanks for your query. You should avoid constipation at any cost. Generally, foods that cause constipation are low in fiber and high in fat. There are two types of fiber: soluble and insoluble. Fiber is found in fruits, vegetables, and grains; it is the part of food that the human body cannot digest. Insoluble fiber, found mainly in plant leaves, peels, skins, and the coverings of whole grains, passes through the intestines in close to its original form, helping to make stools easier to pass. Generally I recommend 25 to 30 g of fiber daily. To increase your fiber intake, you should choose whole grains over refined grains, whole fruits and vegetables instead of juice, brown rice over white rice and replace meat with legumes.
