You are going to gym and that will definitely benefit you, you need not panic. If you are not getting good and nutritious diet in your hostel then you can manage it yourself. You have to keep with you pulses and pulses products (sprouted chana mung, roasted chana mung, sattu pani with lemon, kurmura (puffed rice, fruits and some vegetables like cucumber, tomato, onion, etc. Which can be eaten raw. You can also keep with you some healthdrinks like horlicks, protinex, etc.

Do regular exercise s for 30 to 40 min 2. Navala muggulu 2+2+2 // day after meals 3. Madeephalarasayan 20 ml in empty stomach 4 triphala chinna spoon night with hot water. 5.3 liters water per day. One hour after food gap. 6. Oily food items should avoid 7 no non-veg for 40 day.

Hi Karela juice is a diabetic friendly juice. It has glucose lowering effect and drinking it in excess can cause repeated low blood sugars when taken with diabetic medicines. It mostly causes abdominal pain and diarrhea in some but is not known to cause any kidney damage. In fact it prevents kidney stones and controls blood pressure.

Dear excessive dieting also causes weight gain...Excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, It can put a person at risk of thyroid disease, diabetes , kidney problems, arthritis etc... Dear to decrease weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 5 min per asana. 6. Do brisk walk early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 7. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 8. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 9. Drink three litres of water daily

Hello, She may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache kindly follow advises given below: She can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Non-vegetarian foods are not natural for human body and can cause lot of harm in long run such as high cholesterol levels, obesity, blood pressure, heart problems, blood vessels damage and similar many problems, in fact, it is scientifically proved that humans are biologically herbivores (vegetarians), so eating non-vegetarian is against law of nature for human beings. Regarding protein sources, many vegetarian foods provide ample quantity of proteins like lentils, beans, pulses, peas, milk, paneer. Vegetarian foods are best for your overall health. Please make a note the following rule in your daily routine for healthy eating and preventing distress, misery and disease" foods that are too bitter, too sour, salty, hot, pungent, dry and burning are dear to those in the mode of passion. Such foods cause distress, misery and disease" in addition, walk fast for 30 minutes every day or engage in some service every day.

Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week.

High creatinine levels of 10. Average creatinine in the last 5 months has been 3. Recurring urine infections have pushed the creatinine to this level now. Phosphorus 9.9. History of diabetes for last 15 years. However average urine output daily is 1000 ml on a fluid intake of average 1300 ml. My question is if urine output is good, is dialysis needed? I think with proper hydration we should be able to bring her creatinine levels down. Is it possible that she has such high creatinine now because of lasix 2 tabs twice daily for 1 week that caused dehydration? Is peritoneal dialysis possible and effective at this age considering she is 94 now? Should we even look at Peritoneal dialysis as she is very weak now.

what is eGFR. and blood urea and BP?high creatinine is due to diabetic nephropathy. in this case kidney are not able to filter out waste from the body adequately due to probably kidney disease due to diabetes. u can do peritoneal dialysis at home after adequate training and taking precautions against infection. it may take up to 10 day( time to heal the catheter insertion site) after the insertion of catheter to start peritoneal dialysis. readjustment of doses of medicine for diabetes will be required. good luck

Below are the health tips which will help you out. -your first meal should be consumed within 15-30 minutes of waking up and consumed every 2.5 to 3 hours. - add some extra carbohydrates and proteins to your breakfast, pre-workout meal or post-workout meal. -for proteins you can take cottage cheese, yogurt and partly skimmed cheeses -you can also include non vegetarian sources eggs whites and meats as ground beef, chicken, turkey, etc -for carbohydrates choose complex carbs, such as bran, barley, buckwheat, beans, brown rice, cornmeal, oatmeal and whole grains - you should include at least 50 g of good fats through dried fruits, nuts and seeds like almonds, walnuts, flax seeds -take at least 2 servings of green vegetables which is the equivalent of 1-2 cups per meal every 2-3 hours -eat your biggest meal at breakfast, pre-workout & post-workout your food intake should come from high quality food and you will be amazed at the results achieved by simply putting all your efforts into following your meal plan, proper training and sleep.

Remember one thing avoid dieting for weight loss, cause dieting will help you loose some weight but after some period you will put on double weight. Tips for weight loss. 1. Try to take our research oriented holistic medicines for assures, fast and permanent weight loss. Without surgery, without gym, without crush dieting, with out side effect. People are loosing 2 to 10 kg weight per month. 2. Take 1 glass warm water with lemon. 3. Eat plenty vegetable and fruits. 4. Eat 5 to 6 servings of food per day. 5. Drink 10 glass water per day. 6. Hi lybrate-userdeposition of fat at your belly, chin, buttocks add negativity to your personality so here are few tips to dissolve it. 1. Avoid using direct and simple sugars. Try to include complex carbs in your diet so the digestion process will take some time to work to convert it into glucose. 2. Avoid junk foods such as pizza, burger, french fries and alike food stuffs. 3. Avoid processed foods. 4. Avoid sodas. 5. Restrict down the intake of artificial sweeteners. Instead you can crab on natural sugars, such as stevia. 6. Include protein of good biological value. 7. Add insoluble and soluble fiber in your diet. 8. Have plenty of cold water. 9. Have 2 portions of fruits and salads daily. 10. Inclusion of omega family fatty acids and especially omega 3 and omega 6 11. One must rotate the oil used for cooking purposes and should not stick to one oil product. One must not change the brand but the source of the oil like palm oil, almond oil, coconut oil, soy oil, sesame oil, corn oil, groundnut oil, olive oil etc. 12. Citrus fruits must also be taken in proportions. 13. Add almonds to your diet. 14. Have coconut water once a day. 15. Eat at regular intervals.
