Do some abdominal exercises, yoga postures like pavan muktasana, drink water before 10-15 minutes before food. Practice morning and evening walk for 20 minutes. If need herbal preparations for steady results, may inform.

Hi lybrate-user here are some changes to make to improve your eating habits: - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

Try to do more exercises like yoga, jogging and take a controlled diet in time. Avoid junk foods and cold drinks. Drink more water as it clears the systems. An egg with a glass of milk once daily. Take care.

Sitagliptin and metformin is a good combination which you are on. It does not cause hypoglycemia in monotherapy and helps to preserve beta cells. In diet avoid high carbs and high glycemic load food avoid mango chickoo grapes banana custord apple. Avoid cashew kismis dates avoid fruit juices. Avoid extra salt and oil regular daily 40 min walk.

Hello, You need to rest for 3-4 days and then you can resume work. Just avoid lifting any weights till 6 weeks.

Hello Nishta, Do stretching exercise daily and Surya namskar daily . Take luke warm water whole day. Don't skip your Breakfast. Take high protein diet and fiber food . Have small and frequent meals.

Please take calcium with meal .(start chapati then tablet and then chapati) it is to mix tablet with vegetables. It minimises the chances of stone formation.

Excessive of anything is bad same applies with masterbation. 2 things happen when one masterbate excessively 1. Premature ejaculation you can correlate when you started mastrrbation what was time and check current timing. You will find time to ejaculate might hv reduced significantly. Some people even ejaculate while rubbing in bed 2. Second problem is weak erection. Over a period you will feel lesser or weaker erections. One may feel shrinking penis due to this. If your erection and timing is still good then do not worry. Otherwise with guidance and ayurvedic medicines it can be cured. Premature ejaculation is common problem among youths due to many reasons.
