I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

Hello Dr., Actually I Want to lose weight please Give Me some Easy Tips for that?
To loose weight, you should eat balanced meals 3 times a day, with fillers like fruits, salads in between meals, and do some form of exercise suitable for the body type like yoga, cardio, strength training, brisk walk etc. Have meals on time, and especially remember not to skip breakfast at any cost!

Hi Doctor, I am a 23 year old guy. My height is 165 cm and weight is 56 kg. I want to gain weight and build muscles too. Even though, I did some exercise and taking healthy foods, it makes my muscles to be tight but it doesn't show up any sign of enlarging or building up. I heard about an Ayurvedic medicine called nutrigain powder. Can I build my muscle and gain weight by using it without having any side-effects? Or else, give me other suggestions to gain weight.

Hi, lybrate-user as per your height you need 5 kgs to increase and the best thing is not increase fat in the body instead you need build up body muscle and make them strong do that follow below things, 1) weight lifting 2) swimming 3) eat well all vegetables, dry fruits, sweets like payasam made of jaggary 4) drink plenty of milk, curd 5) take oil body massage weekly twice and regarding advertise I don't comment on them but personally I don't prefer such supplements.

I feel a lot of stiffness in my body. I am not feeling strength and energy in body. Please help me for that.

Dear Lybrateuser, - To feel active & energetic you have to have a well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein rich foods such as eggs, non veg (if you take), milk & milk products, soya products, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, nuts - include a protein rich food in each of your meals & also as a snack in between meals - do regular exercise such as jogging, swimming, play a game, do pushups, pull ups, squats, do moderate weight lifting for 15-20 min twice a week to develop your body & to keep fit - also get blood hemoglobin, sugar & thyroid hormone level check up done, if not done earlier to rule out any other problem.

Is drinking water in such clay vessels safe for our health? I've heard that it can lead to kidney stones formation. Is this true? Please help me out by answering this question.
