Do hot fomentation avoid sitting for longer duration continuously improve sitting posture do back muscles strengthening exercises when pain subsides if your pain doesn't improve visit doctor in person.

Some times uncontrolled diabetes and thyroid problems can result in to weight loss along with skin changes. See to that your sugars/hba1c/tsh reports are in acceptable range if not you need to adjust your dosage of medicines. Some times you get leg pains as complication of diabetes or due to nutritional deficiencies or vitamin deficiencies. You need to improve your diet and take vitamin supplements like b. Complex, vit e, vit d after consulting doctor.

Myself undergone acl surgery, since 2 yrs backs rt. Knee joint, leg folding upto 105 degree .Original position is not obtained.Pain is there.

Do hot fomentation keep a pillow under the legs at night &/when resting. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days l-carnitine 500mg od/bd x5 days you will need other supportive medicines also. Do knee exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Rest must do hot fermentation twice a day and apply pain relief ointment. Do spine stretching exercise in daily routine. Avoid lifting heavyweight and toward bending.

Goodmorning, I would like you take the advice of hot and cold fermentation for your calf and foot first. Wait for 2 days after which you could do a mild stretching of calf for 10 to 15 seconds. If pain still persists then plase do a tens treatment (physio session) for your leg. That will reduce a lot of pain in your leg. Then do a couple of ankle toe movements and then rotation for your foot. At night when you are sleeping you could also elevate your leg so that there is better flow of blood in your leg.

When leg pain occurs after strenuous physical activity, you can simply apply cold compresses. This will help reduce the pain by numbing the affected area and control swelling and inflammation. Wrap a few ice cubes (or a bag of frozen peas) in a thin towel. Apply this pack on the affected area for 10 to 15 minutes, while keeping the leg(s) elevated. Do this a few times a day. Note: Do not apply ice directly on the skin, as it may cause frostbite. 2. Massage -- Massage promotes faster recovery from muscle damage that causes leg pain. 10 minutes of massage therapy attenuates inflammatory signaling after exercise-induced muscle damage. In addition, massage improves blood circulation and helps relieve stress and anxiety. Rub some warm olive, coconut or mustard oil on the affected area. Using gentle yet firm strokes, massage your legs for about 10 minutes. Do this 2 or 3 times daily as needed. You can also use a self-massage device or apply pressure to sore muscles using a tennis ball.

Hello Lybrate user according to Ayurveda Vata vikriti is the main factor for pain. Treatment- 1-apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation. 2-take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. 3-Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. 4-Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day. Diet- Avoid fermented food. Junk food. Potato rice. Sleep well.

After delivery you have not taken calcium end vitamins medicines due to this you have weakness. You take Ķeva moringo power capsule 1 capsule 30minuties before lunch end dinner for a month end 3 drops Ķeva KAMD drops in a cup of normal water empty stomach after 30 minuties take breakfast end evening also. Massaje Ķeva anti pain oil on painful area for a month than consult me for further treatment.

This is usual complaints of most house wives. Take rest inbetween your work, if required lie down for 5-10 minutes. Somtimes analgesics like paracetamol may be needed. For high bp you must take bp med. Regularly. Take less salt in meals.

Most of the time we blame it as cervical radiculopathy, but this is not true radiculopathy. It may be a muscle pull or some trigger around the neck. But these issues should be sorted out immediately.

As you feel pain in knees, follow these usefultips for pain relief: * first check out bone mineral density (bmd). In case of low bmd, your calcium level in body are low. So take take calcium rich diet daily. Take a glass (300 ml) of full cream milk daily or 100 gm of cheese or 1-2 eggs regularly. * give a gentle oil massage to knees regularly and wrap your knees with cloth dipped in hot water for atleast 10-15 minutes. * wear knee cap or wrap crape bandage during walk for knee support. * sit atleast for 5-8 minutes in sunlight in morning or evening for vitamind. *avoid heal shoe and wear only flat shoes for balanced load on knees. * check out your blood sugar level and hemoglobin level in every 6 months. * if you have any history of rheumatoid arthritis in family then checkout your ra factor. * take guggalu tablets if himalaya one tablet daily for atleast 3 months. * take a piece of garlic, crush it and boil it a glass of milk and drink daily for fast pain relief.

Hi I can understand your problem. # relax & stay positive. # take hot and cold foementation. # change sleeping position. # use lumber support. # take break every 20 minutes. # do strengthening exercise of back and core muscles not all back pains are same, you need specific treatment plan according to your symptoms.
