Such stones generally come out with Medical management. You need to take potassium citrate syrup 3 times daily for 3-6 months. Check your serum Uric acid level. Drink 3-4 litre of fluid daily. Decrease animal protein intake, decrease salt intake and increase citrus fruit intake. Check USG KUB after 6 months or SOS if symptoms worsen.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Your problem is most likely due to hemorrhoids or piles - follow some tips to cure it - avoid sitting too long & straining at stools - have a high fibre diet to avoid constipation include fruits like apple, pears, guava, berries, vegetables including green leafy & seasonal ones, beans, legumes, sprouts, whole grains, nuts like almonds, walnuts, pista, cashew, peanuts, also figs, monacco in your diet - have plenty of fluids including 2-3 litres of water in a day - have a glass of warm lemon water with honey on rising in the morning - do regular exercises like brisk walking, jogging, swimming, yoga & deep breathing daily in the morning for 30-40 min - have isabgol powder, 1 tablespoonful in the night with a glass of warm water or milk at night - if bleeding doesn't stop then consult a doctor you will require investigation & medication.

I operate for fissure 2 months ago nd I feel burning and uncomfortable in anus even after I fresh easily but during fresh there is burning in anus and burning remain in day most of the time and there is no pain except burning and when I eat something there is burning in chest and uncomfortable stomach. So guide me for treatment what should I do and there is any problem due to fissure operation.

Burning even after 2 months of fissure surgery is showing that your fissure has not healed till now. Fissure can be completely healed without surgery by Graded Kshar Karma. In this treatment; Graded Kshar - a specialized Ayurvedic medicine is applied in fissure region which debrides the fissure and induces healing. Burning and pain associated with fissure subsides in a week or 10 days time period but for complete healing of fissure usually 3-4 Graded Kshar Karma sittings are required at weekly intervals. In the mean time you should take sitz bath 2-4 times daily followed by application of Sushruta ointment and lekhan powder in anal canal. Put 5 ml of Sushruta oil in anal passage in night. To get these medicines and for further support and appointment you may call reception at Sushruta Ano Rectal Institute.

You may be having gynecomastia. Gynecomastia can be due to many reasons - drug intake, endocrinal (hormonal) problems, metabolic causes or pubertal gynecomastia. Get serum testosterone, prolactin and thyroid profile done. Surgical correction of gynecomastia can be done by liposuction and sos gland incision. It's a safe and near scarless procedure. Consult a plastic surgeon for that.
