Toothpaste will not help for removing yellow colour. If you want bright white teeth then you can go for teeth bleaching from dentist.

Jimitji, hba1c% 10, shows uncontrolled diabetes. Needs better blood sugar conntrol, which can be achieved by slowly uptitrating insulin dosage be 2 units every 3 rd day based on reported blood sugar levels. Plus exercise and diet control.

Hi. As height can be gained till 21yrs. Of age in males and 18yrs. In females, so you do have 1yr. More to grow further! start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - bakson's hite-aid and five phos. - both thrice daily and thuja 1m/ one dose once a week - take them for 1 month only. Management: take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation). Get back to me after a month for further guidance. All the best!

At times the body is either in too much stress or your intake is not enough or your metabolism is very high. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements ...they will not work in isolation. ....you have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

I will start it from beginning, In my teenage there was a stress and tension in my life for very long time and that was serious stress and tension, I do not know can I call that depression or not. Only doctors can say but that was long time of stress, Tension,disappointment ,inferiority complex and that situation of my life made me anxious and abnormally very aggressive and violent. However I got out from that situation and tension to some extent not totally. I faced very very weird type mental tension at very young age, At 16, 17,18. however I got out from that tension to some extent not totally, I turned 19, And left my little home town for studies in bangalore, There in bangalore I was happy to be there, New friends, New environment and big city bangalore. I was thinking of enjoy all this, although I was anxious but not that much. I felt anxiety and nervousness in social situations in college and hostels but that was under my control I was able to enjoy things. New life, I started smoking and drinking with my new friends and became heavy chain smoker, After some month I started feeling very very strong anxiety and social phobia. I stopped going college meeting friends other than room mates. I developed social anxiety disorder, GAD, Bipolar and many more, My life became hell. But that time I did not know that I am having a mental disorder, I did not understand why I became like this, I never think of going to doctor for any mental problem. I thought log kya kahenge ki kya mai pagal ho gaya hu. My life stopped, Study ruined, Very few friends, No girl friend very poor life with lots of expectations from life. I could do anything. I lost everything studies, Girls I loved, Money,Very precious time of life. But I did not share about my mental disorders with anyone. But some of my friends had doubt of my metal health. After struggling this kind of hellish life for seven years I thought of going to an Ayurveda doctor for this mental disorder, I thought herbal Ayurveda treatment would be good for mental disorders. I was benefited by Ayurveda medicines. I thought of quitting smoking so that I can adopt healthy lifestyle so that medicines would be more effective. After more than six months of taking medicine I realized that I did not need any medicine I just need to quit smoking drinking and a healthy lifestyle. All my friends smoke and drink but they are mentally healthy at all. I never thought smoking will cause me that much serious mental disorders. I quit it more than year ago. Now I am facing thing BRAIN FOG. It feels something opposite state of anxiety and it just refused to go. I think anti anxiety ayurvedic medicines caused me something like brain fog and it just refused to go. I think it is opposite state of anxiety so I again started cigarette and 8 Cups coffee in a day so that I can get rid of this brain fog and it seems like its working after lots of coffee I felt it going. I have lost my love I lost Everything in my life because I was mentally ill everybody was enjoying life and I was hiding in a room, Extreme extreme extreme level of social phobia. I think of suicide everyday. My life on chaos. Now I just want to know how to end this brain fog and how stay mentally healthy at all. Please suggest me right way.

Hi lybrate-user, First stop worrying. You should be courageous and bold enough to control your mind. This is not that serious. You should have overcome this problem during childhood, itself but you would not have known ways as you were very young. Look why you want to think about suicide. Look you should be strong to carry out ways to overcome this problem. Nature has many resources for you to divert and overcome this problem. BE BOLD why are you scared. First you should take steps to become normal. You should consult Psychiatrist for medicines that would help you and Psychologist who would help you to control your mind psychologically through various therapies and counselling. A.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk.

Hello, What do you mean by insects on head? Lice & nits? We can't make the grey hair turn black, but of course, prevent further greying! The causes of premature greying of hair are several. Here we have listed out a few common causes. Heredity is a major reason for hair greying Excessive use of tobacco and smoking Chronic emotional stress or psychological worries Lack of nutrients such as vitamins, iron, copper and iodine in the diet Medical conditions such as anemia, hypothyroidism, tuberous sclerosis or neurofibromatosis Home Remedies: 1. Add the curry leaves to the oil and boil it for 6 to 8 minutes, or till the leaves turn black. Remove from flame and let it cool. Strain the oil in a container and massage your scalp and hair with this oil 3 to 4 times per week before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 2. Turn the fenugreek seeds to a smooth powder and keep aside. Heat the oil and add the amla pieces to it, let it boil for 5 to 6 minutes, add the fenugreek powder to the oil, let it boil for another minute and remove from flame. Let it cool and strain the oil, apply on scalp and hair before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 3. Mix onion and lemon juice in a glass bowl and apply on scalp and hair evenly. Leave it on for 30 minutes and wash off with a mild herbal shampoo. Repeat it 4 to 5 times a week for 2 weeks. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine – Schwabe's Acid Phos. 200/ once daily and Weisbaden 200/ twice daily – all of them for 1 month. And a multivitamin - A to Z/ 1 cap. daily once for 1 month (as deficiency of zinc, copper and selenium can also cause premature greying). Use Schwabe's Arnica Shampoo and Hair Growth Oil. Revert me back.

Its good to aim to be fit and slim. But let this effort not end with one function. Rather you should aim to be fit for life. Your target of 20 kgs in 9 months is achievable. 1. Reduce Sugars/oils/ junk food/ pizzas / burgers/ puris etc from your diet. 2. No chips/ namkeen/samosas/ sauces 3. Cut out Colas/ fruit juices 4.* Eat three fruits every day. Banana/Apple/Guava/ Orange 5. *Cucumber/Sprouts salad in morning and evening. 6. *One glass of water every hour. 7. BF - 2 idli/ 2 slice bread + milk + 1 boiled egg 8. Lunch - 2-3 roti plain no oil with one sabji - dal - curd 9. Dinner - 2-3 roti plain no oil with one sabji- dal 10. Focus on mindful eating. 11. 60 mins intensive exercise out of which 40 mins should Jogging / Treadmill/Cycling/Crosstrainer. If you want a personalised plan you can consult privately. All the best.
